I personally love Jimmy John's, my nearest location is The Village location. I recently called and spoke with Chad about donating/sponsoring a dinner for our Women's Varsity basketball team at Douglas Freeman High School, where I assistant coach. I was advised to email at the store at jimmyjohnsvillagegmail. I have not heard back, maybe I got the email address wrong.

I’m not sure why this location has such mediocre reviews. I’ve been here over a dozen times now and I’ve had a great experience every single time. Great food, great service.
The spicy Italian unwhich is AMAZING!!!!!! I can not have bread & when I was told about this option I jumped on it. First off the establishment was clean, smelled good & staff were patient. I hadn't been to a Jimmy Johns in a while & looking at the menu was overwhelming. I told the staff what I liked & they helped with the suggestions. It wasn't busy as all as I was telling them what I liked the person next to the cashier was literally making it based off what he heard me say. Service was fast & great.
It was pretty good. Ordered an Italian sub and a regular soft drink. Cost about $10.45 and they dillivered to the hospital so that was a plus . Driver was very polite as well. So if your ever at the hospital and want something to eat besides the nasty cafeteria food, you should try out Jimmy John's. I promise you won't regret it 😁
I have been ordering subs from this location for the last 6 months. The subs are delicious and addictive. Everything is so fresh and tasty. My favorite sub is the Roast beef and ham, but the Ham and turkey comes in close at 2nd favorite. I would recommend this location to everyone.
This is a great location for far above average subs. New Spicy Italian and Cuban are both fun, delicious, and worth ordering. Combo only saves you fifteen cents so not much value. Surprisingly, added crunch from cucumbers on your subs will improve your mood. A bit noisy and only limited booths so not a romantic getaway. Tip: Ask them to cut your sub in half for elegant dining.
My husband and I tried jimmy John's for the first time on 8/10/2015 at the Short pump location in glen Allen, Va, being a chef I was skeptical about a place that prides it'self on being so fast, naturally I wanted to know how the food that was prepared and delivered so fast would taste. To my surprise, Jimmy john's is not only fast but delicious as well. It was filling without being heavy and I tasted every ingredient individually as well as collectively. It was a relief to find a sandwich that could hold it's own without needing a lot of topping to make it taste better (Subway) Kudos to Jimmy John's for not just great customer service but excellent quality food. We were Jersey Mike's fans, but we have quickly made the switch. Thank you Jimmy John's, for you did not disappoint us!
Great Subs, and super fast. I still can't believe how fast they made those sandwiches, that night they were out of pickles, and another item. But hey it happens, sub was still good. Great customer service.
what's not to like about this place , freaky fast delivery lives up to its name! let alone the friendly in shoppers who go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied can always count them to greet me when I walk in to the door and the drivers treat me super nice ! Tuna and roast beef there are amazing !
Started going to the Village Shopping Center Jimmy Johns in June because I am a Dialysis patient and my home unit was having renovations done. I had been having problems with my protein level because nothing tasted good on my tongue. The first time I tasted the #5 Vito and the Chocolate chunk cookie, I was hooked, everything was so fresh and tasty, I was on my way to feeling so much better. I had been eating the same sandwich for over a year so the thought of changing was nonnegotiable.When I found this Jimmy Johns it was like being home. I will be going back to my home unit, in Midlothian, next month and I will surely miss these young men very mannerable, polite, they recognized my voice and got my order right every time. They helped my stay to be bearable and I will never forget their kindness. It was so nice to have the same consistency in both stores, with the sandwiches and the staff. You all do a wonderful job hiring and training your staff
