Haven’t had Sweet Frog 🐸 in years I took my son for his birthday and the staff were very nice and the inside was very clean bathroom’s included both bathrooms my son turned 4 and was excited that the restroom was clean lol. He really enjoyed it and like the frozen yogurt 🍦 im happy because its a good choice when you don’t want your little one’s having too much sugar! Id def go back to this location every time i come home for a visit
Nothing to really complain about this sweet frog besides the fact there usually isn't much flavors and there's almost always one or two machines down. I mean that's fine, the rest of the flavors are good, it's just a bit of a bummer! Employees are nice. (Always add a gummy frog ontop of your froyo for good luck)
Stellar and delectable. I received the swirled frozen yog and fell in love! The New York cheesecake reminded me of home. The cotton candy reminded me of my childhood. And the cake batter reminded me of my astonishing baking taste tests. The cheesecake bites, hot fudge, and cotton candy sprinklers topped it off and made it breathtaking. The price was also breathtaking at $7 for several bites. I just told myself ‘deal with it and enjoy the dessert’ but now my wallet is significantly lighter.
I had the pleasure of working here for the last year, and I must say, everyone within the company is AMAZING, the customers are wonderful! I’m going to miss all of you so much! This location is and always will be the best!!!! Thank you all for an amazing year!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Love this location. Always friendly employees and clean. My daughter has a peanut and treenut allergy, they are always accommodating and are able to get the toppings from the container to prevent cross contamination.
Came in tonight with my family, the woman working explained to us that the first few tables were unavailable due to a sick child earlier. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for years I understand not being able to deep clean after a mess like that until close. The woman behind the counter was very polite as well. After we sat at the last table and ate, she came and asked each of us if once we were finished we could move to the bench closer to the front so a family with small toddlers & a preemie could sit. Of course we had no problem with that and hopped right up! The woman working was so kind & informative! We will be back for our weekly visit soon! Thank you sweet frog for always having a friendly and helpful staff!
My family loves SweetFrog. We have food allergies, and the staff are helpful and kind. We’ve checked package labels many times, and they get my daughter toppings from the back to avoid cross contamination.
And when you sign up for their loyalty program you get texts about no weigh days, when you don’t have to remind your kids to not go crazy on the toppings.
Highly recommend.
They showed us a great time for my grandson birthday party 🎉. They played games with the kids and birthday boy was so happy tonight.
Great experience. The Assistant Manager on duty was very helpful, polite, and professional. She took time to interact with everyone. The store was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back.
Visited with my daughters and had a great time here today! The staff, Ashley & Yafa were very sweet and pleasant like every other time we have been here! They are very helpful and they make sure it stays clean!
