OMGOODNESS!!! You don't get real brisket taste much anymore but I sure did this weekend. This place is the bomb! Wish there was one in Rockville.
The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was so kind.
Good subs, can't complain, but you can probably find a better local source for an Italian sub.... Maybe add hot peppers?
Just left this location, and I had to stop in the parking lot to leave this review. I ordered a brisket sub of some type and it was by far the best sandwich I have had all year. I am definitely coming back to this location again. The staff was extremely friendly and truly know how to make a meal.
It's worth hopping off the interstate if you are hungry.
I got the brisket sandwich and it was really good. I was upset to see that they don't have the 1-10 selection of hot sauces. It's one of my favorite things about Firehouse. I understand that there may be precautions because of covid. But maybe they could have employees serve the sauces in small dipping cups
Consistently great sandwich chain with fresh ingredients. My go-to is the club on a sub. I like the selection of hot sauces and love the idea of the chain giving back to the local fire stations. I had a pretty rough experience one day and made it a point to contact the manager. I was definitely taken care of, can't say enough about the customer service of these chains.
Came about 45 minutes before closing. Though staff had started to mop and clean tables for shut down, they were patient and ready to assist. Food same quality as if had come earlier in day. Location always clean. No tea available but I don't expect a fresh batch this close to closing so just used fountain drink machine. I wish corporate would lower the prices some though and offer more salad options and wraps or paninis.
The only place to get a hot fresh meatball sub!! Service was slow but understandable short of help and all

My only gripe with fire house is that it's kind of expensive for a sandwich joint. Other than that their subs are tasty and soft and I love the selection of hot sauces. Most of the places I have been to have a freestyle soda machine as well.
Excellent location. Staff made corrections when error occurred. Staff communicated appropriately.
We like firehouse for a change of pace, and this one is as nice as any other. They have different meat, bread and vegetable, chip choices. And one of those select your own Coke machines, so it's got a wide variety, for a wide variety of people.
