Panera is doing its' best to keep up with not only price and flavor, but with current nutrition and consumer interest. I got rid of the winter cough I usually get drinking tea and staying hydrated at my Panera. The staff is awesome. My condolences and prayers to the crew on the passing of one of the managers. He opened this Panera to those of us pursuing housing/independence. Thank you, VCU/Grace St. Panera! Peace, L.M.M.
No soup at 7 am… soup starts at 9 am. Drinks were delicious. The green tea was the best one. Bagel was delicious and got a free wrap!
Friendly staff/management, quality of food is good and consistent. Hygiene is not as good as some other locations, lighting is a little depressing if you're planning on eating in. High volume location with very fast service and high tech ordering system, but they're often out of ingredients. If you plan on eating to-go double check you have things like utensils and croutons, they often miss small details especially when it's busy (which is often)
Nice breakfast stop. Fast and delicious breakfast. This is what I need in the morning.
Lunch is great as well.
I was using their catering service a few times and was pleased with the results.
Near a campus so it gets busy. Offers good service better food.
Easy to order from the menu, clean, lots of seating, the veggie sandwich I ordered was great, came with free chips. Rest of the group was happy with the food, the service, and ease of ordering. Favorite place of one of my nephews living in the area.

I've yet to encounter anything other than outstanding service at Panera, and this location is no exception. When picking up our meal, we noticed an item we had ordered at the cash register was mistakenly left off of the order. We expected to simply go back to the cashier, pay for the item, and then get it made... instead a customer rep stepped in and quickly made the order at no charge.
This is well above and beyond the customer service one expects at the average restaurant, and is always appreciated when one has a toddler in tow.
The food, of course, was delicious as always.
I am in this store so often and every time they make sure I get exactly what I want and are so cheery and nice! One time I heard a supervisor/manager type person being really encouraging and supportive of a new employee and telling them soon they’re going to be really good at every part of the job. I wish my manager was like this.
This is a really well-run spot. Staff is always courteous and the food is always fresh and correct. Service tends to be spot on too, although I have only been outside of peak hours. Really a good spot to grab a bite.
Solid Panera, not quite as slammed with college students as I would have predicted. Excellent staff and timely order prep. Parking is bad, but it's practically on VCU campus, so that's a given. At least they actually have a parking lot.
