This location is smaller then I'm use to but the service was great. When we arrived it looked backed up however it took no time to receive our food. I was surprised by that. Our waitress Erica was great to us. She explained everything to us and what we needed to do. The young man that was cooking did his thing. I personally tipped him. Well deserved.
Great staff. Attentive waitress. Food was good and cooked quickly.
The food tastes great. You get to choose and essentially make your own stir fry.

Our first time trying the food here was rough. From my understanding they had some staff not show up to work that day. The few employees working tried their best to accommodate everyone with a short staff and a busy restaurant. They were out of a lot of food in the food bar and the floor was very sticky. We decided to try the restaurant again on another day. The waiter we had was very attentive and assertive. We got through the food line quickly. After getting our food I had noticed that I was missing some of the food I had ordered. After telling our waiter the manage came over and offered to bring me my missing food. She personally cooked it for me and brought it to me herself. She was very helpful and corrected the mistake right away, personally. Thank you! We look forward to returning again.

We went for dinner and while it started off a bit slow, as our visit progressed it got a lot better. The food was fresh and delicious! Our server did a great job and we were pleased with her. Genghis Grill is a fun place to eat, I would love to come back with a bunch of folks and just enjoy the experience! I've gotten lunch there before and that was great too. Can't wait to go back!
First time eating at this place and I thought it was good. Selections on the protein and veggie bar looked fresh and the teriyaki sauce I chose was good too. Bar service was kind of slow. It took a minute for someone to come take my to go order. The server was very helpful and nice.

My boyfriend and I are a young African American couple who often times experience immense amounts of prejudice everytime we dine out together. It was so nice to finally go someplace where we felt welcomed and were treated extremely nicely and like actual people! Jennifer is a standout employee and we will definitely be returning just for her!! She was extremely friendly, caring, fast, and just an all round great person who genuinely cared about us, and not the tip she was getting!! The manager on duty was also extremely kind and helpful, checking on us numerous times and was extremely helpful to his staff members! It was evident that he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty! The gentleman standing behind the meats and veggies was also very kind, and Introduced me to my how favorite, G3 sauce! Lastly, the gentlemen on the grill were very kind and even offered us wet wipes for our hands while we selected our starches! We will definitely be returning and recommending this establishment to our loved ones!
Great food! I love the concept of how you get your food. Stacking as much as you can into a bowl. Seems so brutish but I love it. The fact that you are in control of what it taste like is a plus for me. Great variety. Staff was friendly and prompt.
