Cracker Barrel is the place 😋, need I say more. What's even more important is the locals were pouring into this place. Line to the left, line to the right...here I was, stuck in the middle, waiting in the line too. They just serve some fantastic food. 5 🌟 🤩. They just keep getting better, so go by when you find one in your neighborhood. Just put on your patience, there may be a line, be humble and be kind. Life is short, so just take your time. Food was really good. Food came out hot. Waitress was accommodating and friendly.
Atmosphere was nice with Christmas decor and a fire in the fireplace. Good experience.
Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
This probably was by far the best location we’ve been to in Richmond. Their biscuits are definitely different from what we’ve seen over the years. The turkey & gravy is amazing. If you’ve been to Cracker Barrel you know their pancakes. But I do need for them to get those crispy edges on the pancakes back. We don’t want fluffy pancakes. We want fluffy pancakes with crispy edges or flat pancakes with crispy edges. Whatever you have to do to get us crispy edges back.
This is the second location we’ve been to where we’ve realized that it had changed. Service was awesome as well.
The hamburger steak was pretty good as well as the Mac n cheese. Definitely recommended.
Cheap and decent brunch with large serving size, but the wait time is quiet long during weekend. Good place to go if you want to have a large brunch.
If you are looking for comfort food this is your place. The menu is varied with something for everyone and the prices are very reasonable. I went on a Friday night and still had no wait time. The waitress warned us that the food might take longer than usual to come but it still came quicker than most places. Service is always efficient and good and the wait staff seem friendly and happy despite being very busy. Make sure you get some extra biscuits to go as they are happy to give them to you. There are a generous selection of sides to order with most entrees. You shouldn't go away hungry! Those looking for multiple healthy low calorie choices might be disappointed but I think most people will be happy. The entrance is an adventure for those going for the first time, jammed with a huge variety of merchandise to buy. Definitely an experience for the uninitiated.
Just your regular Cracker Barrel. The service was very good. The hostess went out of her way to accommodate us with a wheelchair and our server was very friendly and attentive. We even bought items from the store. The reason for the four stars is that our food was over cooked. I had the hamburger steak and it was very tough on the outside but still partly pink in the inside. My mom had the pot pie and the crust was practically burnt. The sides, biscuits and muffins were fine, just the two entrees. We'll be back, but I'll probably stick with pancakes.
Ate here during our Williamsburg vacation, and it did not fail to be a good experience. We had the normal 20 minute wait for dinner, but the server was friendly and efficient. Our meals were large and everything tasted as it should and our server was very attentive to our requests. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.
Great service, good food. Place was nice, loved the lit fire , added a rustic touch to the place. Staff was very friendly. One complaint was the eggs over easy I chose, the eggs were too easy to say the least...yolks were like water and not cooked enough...i will have to say the french toast latte was excellent, when you order a latte at breakfast, rest of your coffees and teas are free!!! I try to stop in here for breakfast everytime im in town.

Understaffed...if wanting to do a to go order took 45min for someone to place my order..food was excellent...wait staff must not make very good tips...everyone from day shift was like I'm off .not doing anymore work or taking togo orders. As I wait in limbo for the hostess which whom I practically had to beg to put my order in...she wasn't well trained,but she helped me anyway.
