I always have a great dining experience here. They have an excellent staff and the food and customer service is on point!
We attended the first Bubbles and Brunch today at the Midlothian location and we thought it was fantastic. I hope there will be more brunches offered in the future. Jacob was our server; and, as always Andre, the manager extraordinaire, helped to keep things moving along. We had a Gray Goose Bloody Mary that was outstanding with the frittata. The St. Germaine fizz was also different and equally delicious. Loved the French toast with the Limoncello sauce! Better than homemade!
Delicious and so worth a visit. This is my second visit and I have to say, Carrabba's is becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Richmond. The food is delicious, and the drinks never miss! My partner and I went to Carrabba's on a Saturday in April around 11:30am. We were seated right away and it was not busy. We were served bread and oil and ordered calamari as an appetizer. Our meals came with either soup or salad also. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We both ordered pasta dishes and I got their gluten-free noodles. It's really a hit-or-miss with gluten-free noodles, but these were delicious!! We were overall really impressed with everything! The wait staff were responsive and friendly as well. We had a great experience and cannot wait to return!
Matthew was our server. He did an awesome job. We had the back room for a company supper. 21 people served in a timely fashion. A surprise was brought in for the children called "chocolate dream" after the meal. A separate waiter served our drinks a great job also! The grinch made an appearance for our children. We took pictures! Thank you so much for a great dining experience.
started with the calamari appetizer(sorry took picture halfway thru it). very well done. lightly battered and fried to perfection. they also had complimentary bread with olive oil and herb dip. my wife and i had the pollo del rosa maria. two chicken tenderloins stuffed with cheese and topped with mushrooms bathed in a light cream like sauce. the dish was very well cooked. tender and tasty. comes with a choice of side so we got house salads which are in our pictures too. my stepson got the linguine with scallops and shrimp. he ate it all so it must have been good. servers were friendly and on top of our needs with making us feel bothered. everything was well worth the cost and i would do it again.
My husband and I really enjoy Carrabba’s. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. The service is pleasant. I haven’t had the best experience with delivery orders but it’s usually due to a driver not showing up to pickup the food. The restaurant always refunds me and sends me a gift card for the inconvenience.

How have I gone so long without ever dining here? And my, how I've been missing out! We did not have a reservation as we decided to stop by on a whim. It was busy! The hostess got our phone number and called us in about 15 minutes for our table. The service was absolutely top notch. I did not get our server's name and how I wish I had, because she was the absolute best. The kitchen was able to accommodate my allergy on the fly so we could enjoy dessert, which we usually don't have room for but boy, you'd be missing out if you don't try the cannoli cake! Starting off with the calamari, not overcooked or over breaded and definitely fresh, we knew we were in for a treat. Salads were out fast and equal in freshness and quality. I got the fettuccine carraba and substituted broccoli for the peas. A little light on the sauce to my liking, but I was able to get a side of the Alfredo! My husband got the chicken marsala and fries which were absolutely divine. Definitely worth a visit! And a job well done to this establishment, your team is doing an incredible job!
Went here for dinner last night with my family and cannot express enough how amazing the food and service was! The restaurant was very busy, so as a former waitress myself, I understand if food/ drinks are delayed but this was not the case! As busy as it was, our waitress (Meghan) was still extremely attentive and FAST. Not only was she attentive, but she had one of the most friendliest attitudes that I’ve ever experienced from wait staff. If you ever eat here, I highly recommend being seated in Meghan’s section. Also, I recommend the cheese & sausage stuffed mushrooms- they’re delicious.
I'm only writing this review to praise our incredible server Jason. Is Italian is almost as flawless as his service. Jason should be publicly recognized for his amazing service at our dinner last night!
I have been here many times but this visit was definitely one to remember. Our server was Reese and she was phenomenal. She knew the menu well, recommended some amazing dishes that tasted phenomenal was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. If you ever visit this location ask for Reese.
I came to have lunch with my ex and our 3 sons for one of their birthdays. We came around 2pm on a Saturday as the lunch crowd was clearing out. The food was the same delicious Italian American I’ve come to expect. The service made this trip “5 star reviewable”. I wish I could remember the servers name but if you ask for the woman who is working there part time because her and her husbands teacher salaries don’t cover it, then maybe you can sit in her section. She was over the top friendly and informative and patient with my rambunctious boys, even after dealing with a bunch of teenagers all week long at her full time job. She was fantastic. The cherry on top was when the hostess who must have overheard that it was my sons birthday as she was clearing the table across from us told him “happy birthday” as we were walking out the door. I always recommend for pretty good food and excellent service.
