Awesome food and the staff is great too. Kind of small and you might have to wait for a few minutes but its well worth it.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times, bringing friends along each visit. The food is consistently excellent, with the pancakes and omelettes being particularly delightful. Prices are reasonable, making it a great value. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, typical of an American breakfast spot. Service is always friendly and efficient, adding to the pleasant experience. However, due to its popularity and small size, be prepared for a short wait – it’s definitely worth it!

This breakfast was amazing! The $4.50 Bloody Mary was perfect. The Rappahannock Benny was also cooked to perfection!
Outstanding food and very fast service. We ordered biscuits and gravy, French toast and a side of roast potatoes with scrambled eggs. The sausage gravy over biscuits was a huge portion that could easily have served two; the gravy was properly seasoned and full of sausage.
The French toast was made using Texas toast and 4 wedges accompanied with sausage was perfect for one.
The meal was excellent and the price was exceptionally reasonable. Highly recommend!
This place has amazing food! We opted for breakfast and it was hot and delicious. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It's bright and filled with natural light which is amazing when you are grabbing breakfast or brunch. The Hillard my dad had and loved it. I had the chicken fried porkchop with bacon. Loved it and the orange juice was great too. Waitresses are very attentive and nice. Very cheap meal for two people especially with the huge portions. Thanks for the food!

Eat 33 does a good job of being a classic diner for breakfast and lunch. Scrapple was on point: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Crowded, but well organized and moved people well who were waiting. Service is excellent! The food is above average, but a little under seasoned. I had to add table salt which is never good. Overall though a good experience and I will go again.
Amazing diner food at phenomenal prices in a warm, cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff and food comes quickly. Regularly come here and i am always ready to go back the moment i leave. Corned beef hash is my go-to, but you cant go wrong with anything.
Quick service and food was good. Catfish in cheesy grits hit the spot just right. I thought we would be waiting since it was packed but we were sat down quickly and food was out 10 min after we ordered!
