Great place to stop by to get a nice treat! Everything is great, from the hand crafted shakes to the chicken tenders. This location never disappoints and is my go to spot for a treat. They are quick and easy and I am out of there in minutes. The workers always have a smile on their faces and thank me for stopping by.
Had probably the worst fish sandwich. I'll stick to burgers and chily cheese dogs from now on!
Great comfort food and icecream treats! The location is very clean, and the service is fast, efficient, and friendly. My kids love to get after school treats here, and I love the half price happy hour for drinks!!!

We love our Orange Creamcycle Slush and Miss Rose, Ada and Mia know just how to make them and they are phenomena, every time we drop in and order from them!l They truly are in top form bringing back memories of the old-school carhops from back in the day!

With much reservation, I stopped here on the way home, hoping to get a decent order of chili cheese fries. I only eat at Sonic’s about once every couple of years, mainly because the quality has declined since the 90’s. However, Ms. Ada is a great example of what a manager should be! She prepares your food as if she is preparing it for herself (her words). My fries were so good that I had to call back and get her name for this review! If every Sonic’s had management like this, who strives for excellent customer service and quality preparation of food, Sonic’s would crush the fast food industry…I’ll definitely be back soon to see Ms. Ada…she’s truly a gem with such a beautiful spirit!
The night manager (I should have caught her name - but I'm always there late and don't want to hold up the line from closing) at the Sonic on Bellaire Blvd in Richmond on 11/29/22. She made our night with a blessed birthday oreo blast! This wasn't the only time I've met this wonderful, cheerful, awesome person so late at night. She's always greeted me with a smile and kindness. So, thank you Sonic for having a wonderful person working for your company and help make my spouses birthday night a great end!!!
I love Sonic the food is always great, most of the time the employees are nice and courteous. The atmosphere is pretty good for the most part.
I went here about a month ago when apparently there were some staffing issues and Jonathan worked solo. Even with all the pressure, he was polite and delivered orders with a smile. One customer was very rude and cursing at him and he was still very professional to him while explaining the situation.
In this pandemic, staffing everywhere is a nightmare. Be nice! Be polite! People are trying their best with the hand they are dealt.
If you like onions, their onion rings are the truth. They have just a bit of sweet taste to them but no sauce or anything needed to eat on them.
