As always, delicious! We went by with a huge group of people late at night and when they ran out of milk, aka no more hot cocoa, she took good care of us and gave us extra cupcakes, split up the 1 hot cocoa that she could make, gave us a gift card and really went above and beyond to make it up to us. She was great. (I can't remember her name, but who ever you were, thank you!) Anyway, our group really enjoyed the cute little shop and all they offer! 💗 I will be back to try more goodies! They were so good we ate most everything before I could even get a good pic!
Absolutely loved the Cocoa Bean! One of the owners was there and she was so kind! The cupcake I had was so good! Best cupcake I have ever had. I definitely recommend going here for a sweet treat!
I love the atmosphere of the bakery! I just love to hang out at a table and take everything in. The cupcakes are always decorated so nicely! The cupcakes taste delicious as well, but occasionally I get one with frosting that’s a little too sweet for me.
They have a variety of scrumptious drinks, and I haven’t yet tried one that I don’t like!
It’s my goal to try every drink at Cocoa Bean before I graduate.
Went on a Monday night for FHE with my young single adult group. The girl at the counter was very friendly and quick to get our orders out. I got the Mexican hot chocolate and it was great. I also bought a red velvet cupcake but it was pretty dry, I am guessing because we went later at night. Experience was good though and will be back. Convenient location. Price a little above average.

Personally, I love these cupcakes. They don’t skimp on the frosting, and they are fairly reasonably priced compared to other places. I love their Italian sodas, and the Madagascar vanilla vanilla is my favorite, followed by the red velvet. I like them all, but those two are simple but delicious ones! So good!
A really nice little place to get hot chocolate or cupcakes. It’s a little cramped on the inside so it’s probably best to leave once you get your order. Took forever to get our orders because only one person was working. I get that it was Monday night and it’s probably usually slow, but it would of been nice if two people were working so there wouldn’t of been such a big line.
Overall though, I would go back and get another Milky Way Hot Chocolate.
Each time I've been here it's been very tasty! The Marbled Cheesecake and Ultimate Brownie are the best flavors if you love chocolate/cheesecake combinations. Sometimes the line can get a little long at this location depending on when you go, but from what I've seen it's much more sanitary than the other Rexburg location. The ice cream is amazing too! I just wish they offered coffee-based drinks as well as their other frapps!
