Hit the spot. My wife and I have been all over Reno looking for the best biscuits and gravy. We found them here, made from scratch and generous helpings. The rest of their breakfast menu is legit as well, make sure to get the home fries. We'll be back soon and often!!!
Nice little spot for breakfast- good coffee, home cooked meal, friendly waitress and the chef/owner came out to check on how we liked our meal. We'll be back- maybe try lunch next time!
Breakfast. I eat a lot of breakfasts out, especially at restaurants while I am on the road. One of my favorite places for breakfast is The Nook. Dave (the chef) has a way with food; it is creative but simple and always done right, you won't walk away hungry. Dave shows he cares in small ways, like they filter their water, it makes for an amazingly smooth cup of coffee. Open Tue-Sun, you won't be disappointed.
Awesome place! Stopped by on our way through town. Food and service was AMAZING! We ordered the Hash Mountain and Club sandwich, both were delicious. Best bacon ever. The owners are friendly and generous, and service was wonderful. Seems like a fantastic neighborhood place and will definitely come again.
This place is great! The food is wonderful.. the eggs actually come out over easy.. and the prices are extremely reasonable..
Cheapest and best tasting food we found in Reno.. the waitress is awesome, I went in with my family two times in one week a few days apart and she remembered that I drank decaf as well as what type of toast we ordered
The cook came out to our table both times to ask how the food was.. very quaint little place.

The Nook is AMAZING! The owners are awesome and the food is the best you can have without cooking it yourself. Honest, tasty and consistent food that is a real favorite for all.
Wondering why people are waiting in line at Denny's when this place is open! Outdoor seating avaiable. Everything was cooked exactly as ordered. Wish I had one of these places where I live.
