Tortas are some of the best in Reno. Lots of places are mid but not tacos el Rey. I had a torta de carnitas and they were quick in making it! Def recommend.

Solid Mexican food joint. All the traditional staples, prepared fresh, with fresh ingredients. Have been to the other Reno locations as well and for whatever reason this one always tastes the best. Their refried beans might be the best I've had. I always get the chicken burrito, but would honestly be happy with just the beans and rice. Bonus- the artwork inside looks like it was left over from a Chinese place, but someone added in Mexican details. A+ for repurposing.
