I’ve been waiting months to get to Raleigh to finally eat at a Boston Market. They closed the only one located in chapel hill down. And we’ve missed it a lot. So bringing my best friend here to eat was nice and enjoyable.We enjoyed our meals and had a nice evening.
It takes me an hour to get there from where I live, so when I go I usually eat in and get an extra meal to bring back with me! I've been going there for at least 15 years, and I've enjoyed every single visit I've had there! The food is always great, and I've never had a problem with the staff. I love it, and I'll be back again soon!!
After reading recent reviews, we were a little skeptical to try out this Boston Market. I gotta say the Meatloaf was really good and fresh as was the Mac and Cheese. However the creamed spinach was a little dry, maybe overcooked or leftover lol. Overall, I was happy with my meal. My girl got a 1/4 chicken meal(not pictured) and she really liked it a lot so this was a pretty positive experience. Thank you!
Service was amazing on point . I went in there three times and the service was still the bomb she still had the same smile she help me with what ever I needed very happy. I met some nice people in there. Food was good and hot. It's healthy food somewhat. You got your baked chicken your Greens carrots candy yam cornbread mixed vegetable. yes it's okay I'm going back. Oh and it's clean inside.

Hey, I'm just still glad they are open as the other locations in the Raleigh area aren't anymore. I had a gift card that was given to me and I was JUST GLAD I could redeem it still at this location and get enough to have some leftovers during the week. I came in on a Monday evening and they did say they were closing up at 8pm, so I was glad that I came in when I did. The nice lady that was serving the food did greet me when folks walked in the restaurant and the cashier, Tot, was friendly and did her best to give the best service being short staffed. Turkey/gravy is always really good, sides were good. You just have to be patient as all of them are working hard. I just appreciate the fact that they are still there and we can still get good hot comfort food there with staff shortages like they are due to Covid. Lighten up folks, just appreciate these folks that work hard to serve us!
Food was good. The cashier was awesome... Every other staff member there seemed to be sad. I mean like really quiet and no smiling what so ever. I'm not mad... It just made me feel like I was bothering them. There was a sign that said "If you don't love it.. we will eat it!" The cashier even said she would when I asked. Fortunately... I loved the food. I had the Ribs and Chicken meal.
Very friendly, professional staff, who are helpful, serve the delicious Boston Market foods that I have grown to love over the years. This store was clean, and had many delicious, hot options to choose from!
We stopped on the way home from picking up our daughter from Brownies and looking for something not fast food. Great experience and decent value. We had the family meal for 3 and it fed our family of 4 (two adults, 2 kids under 9yrs). The employees were friendly and the service was good. The manager and employees checked on us to be sure we had everything while dining in and when we left, the manager gave each of the kids a cute Boston Market pin.

I love Boston Market! Their food is so delicious and fresh. I usually order a plate with turkey, green beans, and corn. But if you're looking to try something new, the sesame chicken is awesome! I tried it when it first came out and fell in love with the sauce. You can always count on getting good corn muffins, too. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean, from what I could see, although I have never dined in. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because they are always sold out of the chicken pot pies. Other than that, no complaints from this lady. 👍❤😊
