I don't really eat McDonald's too much nothing against them themselves, just don't like the overall quality of the food. But my quarter pounder was very fresh, my fries weren't,as usual. I got a bottle of water cause I absolutely do not trust those fountain machines for cleanliness. Nonetheless the store was absolutely clean and inviting and there was no commotion. Cheers 🥂

One of the best McDonald's that I have been to in a long time! Awesome customer service, the food was hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was inviting. The lady who waited on me was so patient with the customer who ordered after me. The customer kept yelling what she wanted at her even after it had already been acknowledged several times by the worker. She did an AMAZING job handling the situation and transaction overall. AWESOME job tram, I know you are probably not told that enough. I would definitely return and suggest this location to everyone.

Went through the drive-thru the lady behind the mic had some difficulty but pulling up to the window the staff was on point friendly kind courteous and expedient which is great because no one likes waiting in line.

I do enjoy coming to my local McDonald's my food always right and fresh. I do have a problem with one of the employees, it's the lightskin boy that works at the fries station sometimes carry out the food, One day I had went up there with a guy friend and the boy was already staring at me like he wanted to talk to me or something so after we ordered our food we was waiting like you would usually do just chilling. Then the boy comes up to us and starts being rude asking if the guy i was with was my boyfriend and why was he looking at him mind you nobody is paying attention to this boy forreal. The other employees sat and watched him and continued to work instead of telling him to chill he could've gotten beatend up badly messing around with the wrong people.
Average McDonald’s. One good thing about McDonald’s is the consistency between locations. Most times it can be depended on for decent food and clean rest rooms.

Poole Rd isn't the most glam spot but the staff here are friendly and upbeat. They always treat me like a VIP and it makes such a difference when the day is rough. This is my go-to spot and I so appreciate the $1 drinks!
