Sometimes there's a suuuper long line in the drive-thru in the morning, but this is outweighed every month on the 31st when you can get a scoop for $1.31! And they offer the samples happily beforehand! Yum!

I picked up a food delivery order and Oscar was very courteous and professional. He greeted me when I entered and THAT was refreshing. A lot of places don't greet delivery drivers.

I needed a cake fast and the lady who helped me realized there was a pricing problem and that it was charging me too much. She fixed it quickly and was so nice! Very pleasant experience

This was the nicest Baskin Robbins I have visited recently. The two men running the shop were friendly, plus the place was clean and cheerful. When I am back in Raleigh, I will definitely return!
