I'm not the biggest fan of McDonald's, but it works in a pinch. I've gone to this location in the mornings and afternoons here and there over the past few months. A lot of the time I visit, there is an older lady running the drive thru. EVERY TIME I go pickup my food, her bright, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor absolutely makes my day. I keep forgetting to catch her name, so I can properly acknowledge her 5-star customer service to the management. All McDonald's are mid at best, but her attitude and personality with the customers is what has me coming back to this location. Food? Meh. Price? Not too bad. Speed? Very quick. The service when she's working? Impeccable.
Felicia was very kind when taking my order (sometimes you can easily tell people hate working at their job at a fast food restaurant) but she was very pleasant and nice - it does make a difference thank you Felicia !
I usually like McDonald's, most of the time they have friendly staff and quick service and a great sweet tea, in which the sweet tea brings me every time to McDonald, this location in particular is nice and clean, Staffing this location they usually try really hard however it looks like they have issue Staffing the store, sometimes you would stand on the front counter for a good 3 4 minutes without having anybody to greet you or they just passed by you and do not even acknowledge you, other than that food is usually fresh, sweet empty, and they have one person on the front counter take orders and expedite food which lead me to believe that it is possibly an owner's policy to keep one person on the front counter????
Excellent service and the drive through was super fast. I asked for fresh nuggets and they did it without hesitation!
