The cookies were fresh and tasted almost like homemade. I loved the confetti cookie and the chocolate chip is a classic! I also tried a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich with vanilla ice cream and it was so good! The ice cream was really creamy and the sandwich wasn’t too hard where it’s difficult to eat but it didn’t melt too quick either! A great spot to grab fresh cookies & ice cream!
These folks were so helpful with our gathering last week. Everyone loved these ice cream sandies! My fave is the double chocolate cookies with coffee ice cream. Yum! Thanks so much!
We have had the cookies & the cookie dough, but this time we had the ice cream cookie sandwich. The cookies are always warm, fresh out of the oven & the ice cream was good. My only thoughts would be one heaping scoop of ice cream instead of 2 so you can taste the cookie more— b/c that’s the best part.
The ice cream cookie sandwiches are huge and very affordable. Awesome flavor combinations!! This was an awesome treat at the end of a long day of walking.
Perfectly delicious ice cream sandwich!
I ordered and ice cream sandwich and this wonderful woman loaded me up! She put that first scoop of ice cream on the cookie and I was thinking "looking good!" Then the second scoop was put on it. I was excited! Then she went for a third scoop, I about died. She doesn't hold back on the ice cream. Then, she knows her clients well "you need a spoon?" Well, I didn't think I did but looking at this monstrous ice cream sandwich, I probably need one.
She was right. I needed that spoon. That ice cream sandwich was pure perfection. I mean, you can't go wrong building you're own ice cream sandwich.
Just saying. Pure perfection.
Staff was friendly and helpful:) We got a cookies & cream milkshake, a half dozen perfectly cooked assorted cookies, and a single scoop. It was super delicious!

We were a little bummed to see they were closed for a break, but we were way too pumped to miss out. We had 30 minutes to kill, so we walked around downtown and came back.

There was a line after they reopened, but Nadia just kept making those ice cream sandwiches! So good!
Ordered a 2x custom ice cream sandwiches, 2x milkshakes, and a to-go mason jar of cookie dough. The service was speedy and southern friendly, the treats were positively yummy and I’d definitely recommend! (You just might want to share those sandwiches since they’re plenty big)
Great cookies. Great ice cream. Might even be worth the price of potentially getting jumped down the street for the color of your skin!
I am a classic cookie person. Captain Cookie is the best in Raleigh. They are THE place. I will pick them over "sleepless cookies" and "fall apart"cookies every time.
