Drive-through guys rocked, nice approachable attitudes. Not like many fast food chains I’ve been to. Keep it up and stay smiling.
Got here about 15 minutes before close and had some modifications for my order. I fully expected the staff to be annoyed (I would have been) but instead everyone was soooo nice. I actually thought the woman taking my order was automated at first because her voice was so pleasant and genuinely nice. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was extremely surprised and happy with the customer service, and all my food mods were met. What a great late night team!
I really want to give 5 stars, but we had to wait 15 min. for just 2 kids’ meals 🤷♂️. That’s not ok. The new tech is cool, but I didn’t like using a touch screen to order. I used to get paid for that 😅. It might catch on if they provided a discount for using it.
The new look is very nice and open. It’s sad that there’s less seating in the kid’s area, but at least there’s some.
Dined in with my family for the first time tonight. Staff went above and beyond, exceeding expectations. Hospitality Manager, Germaine stopped by our table & offered my 3 year old a special treat (M&M McFlurry) for after his meal. Michelle delivered our food to our table & later returned with a bonus vanilla ice cream cone. Five Star McDonalds experience!
Golden arches we all love and know...stop making this place what it is not..it's fast and delicious and not good for you and every once in a blue moon it's exactly what the mind, spirit and body need..McRib season is my favorite...Big Mac and 10 piece nugget my go to. hi
We had a blast at McDonald's at Falls & Spring Forest road this past week. The kids wanted to go inside and see if the playplace was open.
The kids were pleasantly surprised that the playplace was OPEN especially since we had some thunderstorms rolling through that afternoon.
We ordered on the kiosk and received everything exactly how we ordered it.
Eventually, I had to pull the kids away to complete additional errands, but they had a blast!
I rated this place a 5 Star because of my own personal experience. Compared to other McDonald's I have been to and the general experience of a typical McDonald's, this place far exceeded my expectations. I expected something worse than what I experienced. The location is nice, easy to locate and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend McDonald's Raleigh to anyone needing a good place to eat.
Service 5/5. Woman behind the counter was very kind.
Cleanliness 3/5. Tables and floors spotless. Bathrooms are bad. Look at the picture. You have to straddle the piss spot to use the urinal.
Quality 5/5. Cheap, quick food. Tastes good and free Wi-Fi.
Price 5/5. $3 dollar meals says it all.
It was exactly 8:41 p.m. I believe it is the manager is done an exceptional job tonight I see her going above and beyond to satisfy everyone's needs
Visited on 3/26/23 got a quarter pounder with cheese to go and a large Carmel iced coffee it was delicious 😋 order was accurate and correct short staff but I understand I work in food service also every where during inflation is doing the best buissness they can to make it staff levels will get there 💯👍 staff they had they did ok will visit again asap 😎💯👍
