Nice place near campus for a evening dinner and beverages. Typical near campus pump with friendly, if not 100% attentive, staff. Reasonably priced food and drinks with some local NC brewery in tap. Perfect for an after work meeting. Parking is tight so find a space on Dixie Tr to make it an easy walk. Enjoy.
Last night (2/17/18). I had one of the best chicken salads I have ever had. I forget the cooks name, the salad was so fresh and perfect. My waiter gave excellent service. A perfect night out with my wife. Thanks!
This place is great - between the solid Wednesday night crowd, daily drink and food specials, and prime Hillsborough location - there isn’t much not to like. Unfortunately every hero has flaws. Last night we placed an order for a respectable 100 wings - currently hour 12 after consumption and all of us are wishing we hadn’t ordered them. RIP our stomachs.
Best trivia in Raleigh, I truly believe that! Shout out Willie Wright! In addition to the best drink specials and staff that makes you feel like you belong here, the food is always good! This is a college bar though so don't expect something from this place that it's not. But definitely the place for food, drink, and friends in a laid back environment. #bigdeck

Visited East Village Grill for the first time five years ago and loved it! Great food, drinks and staff. Wyatt is still one of my best buds until this day and I’m still showing up to show some love and obviously eat and drink to this day.
As I walked in with my boyfriend and his parents, we were all welcomed by all of the staff that we passed on our way to the table. We sat ourselves and watched the pre-season football games on the TV's near the table. Very low prices, but good service and food for what you pay. Nice breakfast or lunch spot for anyone looking for a quick bite to eat!
Decent prices. Relaxed atmosphere. Kids eat free (1 per adult) on Sunday. (Don't get the Blackened Cajun Chicken sandwich...unless you like grilled chicken with Cajun seasoning, and not being blackened...)
This place is a hidden GEM in downtown Raleigh!! It has an outdoor area but I prefer the bar area! Super fun people watching! The food and drinks have all been GREAT! My Sunday favorite is the Spicy BLT!
