First time at this location. We both had the tripple dipper - fav was the Nashville hot wings. Our server was amazing as well.
Came here with a friend. The burger patties we ordered weren't super thick but not any less tasty! The loaded fries were delicious as well. We also ordered margaritas that were made perfectly. Our server was very sweet and nice. I feel bad that I don't remember her name because she definitely deserves a raise! She has purple eyebrows, pigtails and a piercing at the bridge of her nose. She was very attentive and very friendly. But my favorite part about our experience was the cheesecake I took to go. Even after I've had it in the fridge for a few hours it was still delicious! ESPECIALLY the strawberry sauce that came with it! Will definitely come back if I'm ever in Raleigh again 😁
Me & my family have been coming to this location since we moved into the area 2 years ago. I never have a bad experience at this location! The staff is amazing and the food is always made very well. Even on busy nights they have the food out fast and perfect.

Went to this location because I was out of town shopping with my wife and kids. Great food and my server Ontreá (pronounced entree like a meal) lol like he said. He was so amazing . He was very attentive, knowledgeable. And personable to everyone. Even if it won’t his table. If you all ever go to Chilis on glenwood ave ask for Ontreá as your server he is amazing.
I haven't been to Chili's in a really long time and I have to say, they really hit the spot! The food was delicious! The service was good and they have really good deals for meals, especially if you're a party of two! Everything you see in my pictures (plus two house salads and two drinks not in the the pictures) we got for $25. Definitely would recommend!
First time visiting and the service was excellent! The food here also was good got the house salad and margarita grilled chicken. I went out with a group of people @ 8pm on a Monday and each person was met with great service thank you chilis!
Really good place. I been traveling north carolina my whole life and have to say this was the best chilis experience I ever had. Came in on a sunday evening around 6pm and was immediately sat down after entering the restaurant and my food was quick and delicious. Will very much come back to this location again.

I’ve frequented this location a few times for dinner and I have been very impressed with the cooks. There are a lot of promos for deals to enjoy with another person and the quality of the food is unmatched for the value.
We normally order southwest Eggrolls, chips and guacamole, the bacon burger and the chicken crispers are very good. The desserts are consistently good. My favorite being the skillet chocolate chip sundae. The cocktails are always weak with the exception of the Presidente Margarita.
Patricia is my favorite waitress. I sincerely hope management intends to promote her because she is a wonderful example of exceptional customer service. She dresses the part in her cocktail sweater, she’s polite and gets each order correct every time. No matter how busy this location gets she checks on her tables effortlessly.
This location needs to work on cleanliness. The bathrooms were atrocious and tables must be wiped down and floors underneath the tables swept for customers as they arrive to dine. Perhaps they may be understaffed but I’ve never seen anything like it.
My server was Matthew and he was the best. He served my group of 8 and was wonderful and attentive. He made jokes with us and ran outside just to tell us bye. He was great!!!!!
