Seems hit or miss based on other reviews, but I totally got a hit. Ordered Ubereats pickup and it was on time. Hibachi chicken was surprisingly tasty and well portioned, and the Tokyo Roll was a solid 8. It’s nothing crazy, but my experience was more like a 4.5 Star to-go Japanese place. Not sure how so many people had bad experiences.
Introduced to this restaurant by a friend, I fell in love with it and ordered it almost every week. The store is very clean, there is a lot of space, and the most important thing is that the ingredients are fresh ~ Sashimi is very challenging for a sushi restaurant, but their Sashimi is amazing! And the price is very cheap, I like it very much.
Great food and great people! I got the hibachi steak and shrimp, and the house yaki udon!
I’ve been ordering take out from here for the last 8 years and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I enjoy anything I order! From the Pad Thai to the Hibachi to the Sushi…I’m never disappointed. Thank you for all you do and for making my taste buds sing with joy!
For the amount of food they give you compared to the price, I don't care if they're serving me slop. But it isn't slop. It's good and the portions are gargantuan. Best value of any hibachi place I've been to in my life. I am forever a loyal customer to here especially when I'm bulking
We ordered sushi take out 2 days in a row. Very fresh fish. Delicious. Friendly staff.
Disappointed they don't offer teriyaki plates but I ordered the Thai pineapple fried rice for $12.99 and it is a massive serving. I feel like I got a fair amount of shrimp and pineapple chunks. The flavor is very good and addicting. I would order it again. I ordered pickup, it was ready in the given ETA and the cashier was very friendly. The place was very busy and had 3 people working the front counter.
They have good service and their sushi is ok. I would order again though so can’t complain too much. I just might be spoiled by some higher end sushi places around here. This restaurant doubles up as a quick take out spot right next to NCSU campus so most likely target population is students. I mostly enjoyed the sushi with soy sauce and their white sauce but not just by itself as I’ve had at other places. Other than that, the food was enjoyable.
Their food is really good and they give large portions which I really love but I just wish they had the sweet carrots most hibachi places have!
I ordered Uber eats & let me tell you Chile. The Yum Yum rolls is definitely a 10/10. When I tell you this is my 3rd time eating sushi. The first time was at The Cowfish & they are 10/10 next was The red bowl it was 2/10 didn’t like it but This place is amazing like when I first tried it highly recommend
