Love me some Kicking Chicken Sandwiches. Tongue Torch is the best
Stopped and picked up a couple of salads for dinner. I got the Zaxby Cobb Salad.
It was good. But the chicken could have better cut into smaller pieces. And got a order of the fried pickle, which were better at this Zaxbys then the one by my house.
Good food as always. Lady working drive thru could be much friendlier. Also got charged 25cents for a zaxbys sauce even though I ordered a meal and had no sauce. Maybe you HAVE to order chicken fingers to get a free sauce??? Love Zaxbys and most employees are usually very nice and courteous and seem to care (not today).
This was my very first time visiting this location. From the time I stepped foot in the restaurant I was greeted. Throughout my entire visit every employee was pleasant and accommodating. They offered to chill my second zalad while I dined in. The food was delicious and the service was equally as great!
This may officially be my new favorite Zaxby's location since the one on Hillsborough Street shut down.
Went through the drive through late Thursday evening; the service was quick and very friendly.
The food was fresh and additionally probably some of the best Zaxby's fries I've had in a while!
My first time eating their food and I enjoyed it. The staff was professional and fast. I was really impressed with the clean lobby due too the fact everyone I seen working was under the age of 25. But everyone working as a team and their uniforms clean and neat. I would recommend this location. I am new to North Carolina and I don't live in that area but would drive the 35 minutes again to eat there.
Food was hot and fries nice and crispy. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The guy at drive-thru ran out to give me a dipping sauce that I ordered. The customer service is top notch. Even if you have to go back in and correct something it's always done quickly no questions asked with an apology and a smile.
Though the drive -thru had a long line (due to Covid) it moved along very quickly. But the highlight was the Grilled Cheese 🧀 sandwich. IT WAS AMAZINGGG!! I had no idea. Someone told me about it so I had to go check it out. I will be visiting more!!!
I come here atleast once a week. Been coming here for the past 7 years. This place is awesome! The workers are always in a good mood, they always greet and make me feel welcome. Very rarely does their food not taste good, it just depends on who prepares it. The few times I haven't liked their food or need more sauce for it, they happily fix it. I love this place.
Generally great place to order, sometimes can be a little rigid when it comes to making last-minute changes to your order due to and efficiencies within the app which is for the most part user-friendly but sometimes confusing henceforth you have to make changes every now and again when you arrive to the restaurant. Otherwise great food great value for your buck
I am blown away by this location. They provided outstanding customer service satisfaction. All employee's went above and beyond. It's so refreshing being greeted with a warm welcome and a smiling face! Thank you to ALL OF THE STAFF for making my night amazing. It's appreciated more than you know!
