This location of Hwy 55 is practicing social distancing. Tables and booths were separated so no one was sitting too close to anyone else.
Or server greeted us quickly and was very polite the whole time.
Our food arrived in short order and was hot. I ordered the Jalapeno Pepper Cheese Steak sandwich and French Fries. My wife got a Cheese Burger and fries. Both orders were very tasty.

Great food as always. But this 8"cheesesteak??? Is at BEST 6", closer to 5". This is such a ripoff. Nobody remembers when subway was sued over this same exact thing? Just be honest with your advertising so you're not misleading customers.
Great place to eat. The staff at this place are friendly & professional. It's placed in the Crabtree Valley Mall. Find parking near the Food Court for faster service. 👍
Just stopped by to get a milkshake and the service was excellent. Three different employees asked me if I had been served already (I was served as soon as I was ready to order) and the chocolate-banana milkshake that I got was delicious. The lady who took my order was very nice and fast with making the milkshake. I don't know anything about the dine-in experience, but if you're getting a to-go order, this place definitely has the rest of the food court beat in terms of quality. And service.
Burgers, fries and philly cheese steak was very good. I would recommend eating their and I will definitely eat their again. Didn't get a chance to taste the milk shakes, but that is next on my list. Service was pretty awesome as well. Really appreciated the cook. When he saw that the hostesses were busy and my food was ready to be served, instead of letting my food sit there till they were unoccupied, they proceeded to bring my food to me hot and fresh off the grill. 5 stars for that!!!! I really appreciated it...😄
Great smash burger. They work hard in here. Got me a drink and took my order quick. Food came out fast and was really good. Bliss was my server and was on top of her game. Super sweet and helpful. Neal was another employee that was great and I assume was the manager. He helped everyone on the floor. Give these two a raise or some paid time off. All the people working there worked great together and they were hustling. Good job y'all.
Kayla was and is the best employee to serve me and my fiance for the last few year's. She waited until we finished our meal for us to go on break today. Always love having her serve us and if you get her too, please tip! Awesome service and amazing food.
With a name like Burgers Shakes and Fries It better be good! It is very casual diner atmosphere, belly up to the bar or grab a booth. Greeted with a smile when walked in and the friendliness did not stop there. Server was attentive the entire time asking if we would like something else and thanked us for coming in. Real pleasant servers. Hamburger were very good fresh and juicy. chocolate and vanilla shakes were outstanding. Better than Chick-Fill-a (which I think are great tasting) did not have strawberry but tasted vanilla and chocolate. Liked the burgers so much took one to go. When got home saw they tightly wrapped burger in small sheet of foil which essentially smashes the burger and bun together so the bun is wafer thin and a big mess sticking to the foil Burger was still good they just need to get containers for their to go orders wrapping in foil does not do it justice.
Service is always fast and friendly. The food is tasty and very inexpensive. I like the frozen custard, but I never have room for it. The fries are meh, but they have gravy for them. You can get a poor man's poutine. The kid's meals are adorable. I wish this place had more locations in the Triangle.
I loved our service from the time we (my children niece and myself) entered. Our waitress was perky funny patient and sweet. I'm not sure her name..sorry, but she wore glasses and was african American with like a short fro. Her team mate was also very attentive and patient. That was my 3rd or 4th visit. Food was great and service also as usual. I only would like for more dusting on vents and chair repair for safety and ambiance concerning customers. Enjoy yout visit!!
