Came in there today around 4ish, well technically yesterday now since its past midnight. Ordered a delicious Brisket and cheddar sub that I shared with my friend who had not tried it before. WHERE HAS HE BEEN LIVING??!!??!! Then this beautiful energetic angel handed me my drink cup and heard me say the word "slackin" in my joking banter. At which point she yelled out " See I am NOT the only one!" to her co-worker. We all laughed. It was an amazing experience
Pretty sure I met my future wife there today. And I mean that in the most NON creepy stalker craigslist killer way possible.
Food really is the best way to connect even if someone is super picky and would rather have chicken nuggets instead of lobster. But either way food was great, Service was professional. Drinks were cold, and the bathrooms were clean.
What more could make for a better dining experience?!!!

First of all, awesome subs! My favorite Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket! The service in this location is pretty good, service is fast and employees have a good attitude.
Outdoors is pretty nice, lots of trees to give you some shade.

I visited Ed Dr location and Katie went above and beyond for me today. She is such an asset to the store and I was happy she was able to help me. Firehouse Subs on Ed Dr Rocks!!!!
Smacks everytime. We drive about 20 minutes passing up two closer locations because we've never had an issue!
The first time I went I turned around and left because I stood there waiting for someone to take my order while both employees working walked right past and didn't even acknowledge me.
As I was riding by Sunday Nov 20th I noticed a different crew so decided to pop in. I was immediately greeted by all 3 employees and even engaged in a little small talk. They were a little busy but handled the crowd well.
I’ve had an excellent experience as a customer here for 3 years, and now as an employee.

It was so dang good. Especially that bread. I wanted the brisket but they were sold out so I got the Italian instead. Not disappointed. It was toasty, with melted cheese and spicy pepperoni. Blew me away so good. Blew me up too. Haha. But can't swear it was the sub that sank the ship.
I was struggling today and went to Firehouse to order subs for my family. The man taking my order was extremely kind and thorough. He made sure the order was right and was really patient with me. I’m addition, he gave me three cookies for free as I left and told me to “have a better day!” I was so impressed with this location! They are awesome!
Super friendly and helpful staff. The Turkey Bacon Ranch sub is my all time favorite. A large was big enough to share with my wife. We had separate chips and drinks. The Coke fountain drink machine only had a couple of options. No diet choices at all. We traded our drink cups for two 16 ounce bottled diet cokes.
What an excellent location. The place was busy and they were training a new employee, but I still got my sub in short order. Unfortunately, there was a small mix up that I didn't notice until I got home. I went in the next day and they more than made up for it. The manager Nee Nee was great and she made the replacement sandwich herself. You would not expect his level of service and professionalism from a chain, but yet, that's exactly the kind of service they offer.
