They have new management and new
friendly and kind employees.
I would highly recommend ordering through the app with this store.
It does get very busy during peak hours of the day.
The quality of the food and the amount they give you is 100 percent better than my experiences here 4 months ago.
Please give this location a second chance!
I had a dishonest Uber eats driver and upon instruction from the driver who took over, I called the store. Turns out they made my order twice amongst a busy night. They were extremely nice and accommodating. This has been my neighborhood Taco Bell for over a decade and extremely thankful for the hospitality. Good job y’all!
While Taco Bell might not be my top choice for culinary excellence, it's hard to beat when it comes to affordability. The food is straightforward and fills the gap when you're in a hurry or on a tight budget. What elevates my experience here, time and again, is the friendly service. The staff always greets with a smile, is quick to serve, and ensures the overall experience is positive. It's the kind of place you visit for a quick bite without hurting the wallet, and you leave with a smile, thanks to the cheerful crew
I am the new General Manager of the Glenwood Ave Taco Bell. I know that this location has disappointed many in the past, bad service, wrong modifications, missing items...etc. I come from a 5 star location and am dedicated to making this store a 5 star location as well. I am hiring new people, correctly training them, and making sure that every employee knows what our goals are and how to treat everyone that walks through the door. We may still fall short in some areas, some of the time, but we WILL keep working to improve every order, every day!!!
We’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for about eight years now. It’s recently under new management, and you can immediately feel the difference. Manager herself was working the window when I stop by tonight, and told me about the changes she’s implementing to turn this location around, taste, tested the soda I asked for to make sure it has sugar in it - which it often doesn’t - and threw in a couple of free taco coupons. Love whenever you see these kinds of changes. Especially when it’s a worldwide corporation.
Probably one of the best taco bells I've been to. Took a bit to actually get the food but for taco bell standers it was good. Employees were great and it seemed well staffed.
It was definitely above average as far as fast food joints go. It seemed pretty clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was better than I remember getting at other locations. The potato soft taco is like $1 and it was REALLY good for something so simple.
I ordered the rice bowl with both chicken and steak no beans easy on the sauces and they got everything correct and the bowl was delicious. I've returned at least 5 more times for them.
Well, it's a Taco Bell. Staffed adequately at this visit. Staff seemed attentive, and fast enough. Moderate drive-thru traffic and light walkin traffic at the time.
I had placed a door dash order for this location while staying in a hotel nearby for work. I didn’t receive any of the sauces, any utensils, or the correct drink. While they weren’t able to process a refund over the phone, the new general manager at this location personally hand delivered the corrected order to my hotel room. I didn’t catch her name but I have no doubt she will have this locations service turned around in no time.
