It’s the best Chick Fil A in the Triangle. We have visited atleast 5 different stores and Falls Village is by far the best in terms of...... everything! Service, cleanliness, freshness of food, community outreach, quality and providing such a personal experience. We always have a very enjoyable and smooth experience at Falls Village.
Wonderful service and staff! Chick-fil-a is the best fast food restaurant. They're actually fast, courteous and they've never gotten my order wrong!
Great dinner and family-friendly atmosphere. We witnessed the manager assist the cashier, training her up in the Chick-fil-A standards. What a beautiful display needed.
Mac and cheese and nuggets were excellent. The market salad was sooo fresh and filled with healthy items. A sandwich was not hot, but when it was acknowledged, it was immediately corrected.
So many families flooded this location but they handled it well. Thank goodness
This location nearly always gets my order right. I also don't expect absolute perfection from a bunch of teens during high peak times. The employees are always cheerful and happy. The food is well fast food and not better or worse than any other Chick-fil-A I've been to.

This CFA has a kids playground which is such a plus! One of the last ones in the area it seems. Please keep it, my kiddos love it and is one of the major reasons why we frequent CFA.
The workers are always kind, and even when something maybe not be right, they do what they can quickly to resolve it. I’ve heard multiple occasions customers berate the workers, but the workers continue to keep a smile and help problem solve.
They also have the fastest drive thru. When I need a meal asap because I’m in a crunch.. I know this CFA is the one to go. Please continue doing what you are doing!!
The cheese queso sauce is simply delicious 😋. Chick-fil-A sandwich is always fresh and hot.
Always fast! And yummy.
They did forget my straw and sauce though. But it was the crazy lunch rush and they usually don’t.
Walked in at 11:45 AM and was second in line. Received our order quickly. The store was clean many empty tables and a comfortable temperature inside.
Good to go. They keep the Chic-fil-a quality standard ++. Nice play area for the kids. Hot spot for after school crowd being that there’s a dozen within 1/4 mile, so be ready for that.
Keep in mind it's drive-thru and take away only but they move it quickly and the food is good as usual.
Always make you feel welcome no matter how long the line is up the street around the corner they still greet you with respect and by your name they be working that drive way line down love it
Always great food, super fast (mind boggling) and efficient. I’ve got nothing bad to say about Chick-fil-A.
