Went for my birthday burger and have not been here since they ruined the best salad menu item by making it small and not in a bowl. Anyway, I enjoyed my birthday burger, was well cooked, and fries were a bit over cooked, but I don't mind them this way. Not many people there for lunch time, but we did seem to get forgotten by our server at times. Also it's the small things like not including a knife in the silverware package that were a bit unusual. Mediocre but priced right when one burger is free.
I am a royalty member and I went for my birthday burger. The restaurant was short on staff in the mid afternoon. It was not busy and we had to wait for a table about 10 minutes which is understandable nowadays. The server was prompt and drink orders filled. The burgers were delicious but the fries were warm. It took a few more minutes to get the cheese sauce I ordered. Drink refills took longer than expected. A large party was sat nearby and needed a lot of attention at that time. Not a bad experience, just nit a great one.
I love Red Robin burgers but this location is top!! I love the service the girl who attended us was kind and sweet and ours burgers were awesome! Always that I want to eat a burger I’ll go here of course!!
Went for lunch on Veteran's Day, thanks for the free burger and fries. The burger was great, though I ordered it well done it came out pink. Fries were ok. Service was fine, staff were nice. The payment machine on the table doesn't work well if you have to split the bill. The atmosphere is spacious and patriotic and clean, with multiple TV's for sports.
I love and enjoy this place, is always comfortable, excellent food, everything you try to eat there is gonna be so yommy, I lover their limonade I already tried all.
Ok. Food was ok.. seemed like it had been sitting..not really hot even though it was delivered quickly. Are they cooking ahead like McDonald's now?? 🤷♂️ quality was the same. Still love the burnin' love burger. Service was good. Young man covered the bases. Nothing extra and was not a conversationalist. But did his job. I am writing this more than a week after so I have given it time to settle. Bottom line, it was not bad, it was just not great nor worth the $75 for lunch for 3. Not everything can be 5 stars.
Our waitress was quick and thorough. It didn't take long to get our food either. The food was delicious too
The staff there is so nice and friendly. Plus the burger was so good! My birthday is in November so of course I had their limited edition Scorpion burger. Plus the bottomless zucchini fries!! I also got the sweet potato fries to go. It’s very clean and tables wiped down. My server came around to check on me a few times. I’ll be back for sure!
I sat at the bar on a busy Saturday, and I received services right away. I would like tonsay to the creators of the menu the Is grilled brussel sprouts a great idea! They are often times too greasy. I ordered them again after this to be delivered to my job. Yeah, it would be so much better if not so oily.
Red Robin, I really love this place, the Briar Creek location is the best. I love there chicken sandwiches and fish sandwich. Love the bottom less fries with that red Robin seasoning on them, yummy. The staff are very friendly and always so nice. This is a great place!!
