My fave spot to eat sushi so far. Employees are friendly and the sushi is always deliciously made with fresh ingredients. Plus their sushi is buy one get one all day everyday so that's always a plus 😊.
Some of the best sushi I have ever eaten! Also loved the look and feel of the restaurant itself, and the staff's service was impeccable.
A friend had been talking about this place and we had Togo he said. So finely we we decided to go with him. It was by far the best sushi we ever had. The staff was amazing and the service was awesome. It’s a little over a hour drive but we will be back.
I recently ate ate sushi one and was blown away by the new quality of the food. I could tell everything was super fresh and this was by far my favorite sushi in Raleigh. Service was also very quick and attentive and the manager Nam was super polite and welcoming when seating us. I will be back!

The rolls are good. Drinks are average. The Thai food tho.... top 3 places for Thai food in wake county. Drunken noodles and pad Thai!!!! Hibachi, choice of 2 meats is amazing, filet and shrimp. Great date night place
On a rainy day on a Saturday, I arrived in the evening and got sat down pretty quickly after greeting one of the hosts at the front desk. The interior design is pretty decorative, extremely pretty, and well-detailed. I cannot stop looking around because of how pretty the restaurant is.
I am satisfied with my food. I ordered a sushi and sashimi meal, the fish is pretty fresh and I am a big fan of eating raw fish. I personally rate the raw fish and I can tell that it is fresh. I also ordered an alcoholic drink, it is a Berry Mojito, it is really good and fruity. I'd definitely recommend it! We also ordered sushi rolls, Casa Casa Roll and Alaska Crab Roll, it tasted pretty okay. I really like the dessert, Brownie 'N' Ice Cream, it tasted so much better if you combine it together. The service is absolutely great, and both hostess and waitress are very attentive.
Overall, the food is a bit pricy but that's okay, I still enjoyed eating there.
Absolutely fantastic experience. The service is amazing, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Since taking on new management the restaurant has flourished.
I will say they don't do bogo sushi anymore. But honestly with the cost of each roll it's hardly more expensive than when it was. And I feel the quality is better than it was before.
I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting amazing food.
Extremely impressed with the NEW Sushi One. Pride of ownership shows with the new family owners. They have taken what was there as the base concept, stripped it down, and rebuilt it as their own. Everything from the décor, dishware, and the whole dining experience went from your run-of-the-mill strip mall eatery to an upscale lounge in the quiet suburbs of NW Raleigh. I find myself wanting to dine in and skip the takeout.

Sushi One is under new management. The new owner is super nice.
