I’ve been here a few times, and my most recent visit was the best by far. To be honest, I only returned because our group wanted to eat here. Prior to my recent visit, my experience at this La Stella location can be summed up as slow (despite there only being like 5 tables filled during dinner time), rude, and not memorable.
With that said, this time was the exact opposite. Our waiter was quick, responsive, and helpful! The food hit the spot. I recommend trying the pizza; the crust is really something special (kind of surprised by how delicious it was). For a downtown spot, the cocktails are really reasonably priced!
I only have one question...does this place ever see more than 5 tables?
My friends and I went to Pizza La Stella for a trivia night. We ordereda good amount of food and drinks. Everything was great! The service was a little slow but it was a very, very busy night so I don't hold that against them. The manager was especially accommodating and helped get us get seated even thought we didn't have a reservation for the night. We sat upstairs which I recommend. It was almost like having a private dining area, and there is a separate bar upstairs. It was a fun night, and I look forward to returning!
Wow. Incredible pizza, and amazing restaurant. Soft crust cooked to perfection. Extremely fast service, polite and very efficient staff, and reasonable prices. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating, and has a very hip and cool vibe inside. Love this place.
The scenery is beautiful. The building has a rustic look that I loved. We went on a Saturday around 7 and it wasn’t crowded. They were very accommodating and welcoming. The food was decent but at a higher price point. 6 wings are $10. They also don’t offer sides. A house salad was $5. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good, you just don’t get much bite for your buck. The desert was ok, a cannoli is $8 and their brownie sundaes $9.
Charred pizza was not that good, pizza was burnt a little to much. However, flavor of pizza was great. Cocktails were great, good beer selection. Wings were fabulous, nice and tender meat and nice and big, try garlic parm! Service was very good!
The food and service were great. The atmosphere was really cool, but the music was a little loud. We sat upstairs in the loft, and it was super cozy. The guys that ordered wings were really impressed. The salads also looked good.
Loved the food!! The Honey Habanero wings were the greatest wings I've ever eaten!! The Ripieno Calzone was also very good, especially with the fresh marinara!! Will definitely be going back!! Outstanding staff and accommodations!
Went for a quick bite before going out. The service was great and place seems nice. The Margarita pizza was just ok (nothing fancy).
Nice vibes, food is good and the drinks were good. Service could've been better but understandable, drink specials could've been mentioned or printed and given along with the menu etc. Overall it was good.
I had the Buffalo Mac Skillet that was very tasty and the S'Mores skillet that was delicious 😍. Service was friendly and very fast (under 10 min from ordering) and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
