Fire and Ice is without a doubt their best roll. Love eating here bc the blues atmosphere makes it all better. They also have good service. So I'd say this is the best sushi place in town.
I have been going to sushi blues for a little over three years now. Great sushi and nice atmosphere. Went there last night and they were doing half priced bottles of wine which was a great deal. I have only ever ordered the sushi here so I can't give input about the non-sushi menu. I would recommend getting a reservation if you can as it is a fairly popular restaurant and sometimes there is a wait.
Pretty good sushi and BOGO when we went. Fish was fresh but we also had some cooked rolls that were also good. Favorite of the four we had was the salmon skin roll. It's in a hip area with tons of eateries that have indoor and outdoor seating, saw a couple people eating outside with their dogs. There is street parking at meters or free parking on the side streets.
Cute little find today while we were exploring. Had drinks & sushi & the atmosphere was very chill. Definitely making it a habit to be a regular here.

The service is good, and the servers are always patient, attentive,and friendly. If I had more thumbs, I would give it 3 thumbs up.

Overall my experience was great. My drinks weren’t strong enough too me for the price. Not the best sushi I’ve ever had but they have great BOGO deals. I did enjoy the presentation of the food.
My boyfriend and I went to Sushi Blues Cafe before going to a concert. We got there at 4 and were done eating and talking by 4:50. There was no wait, so we were able to eat outside in the good fall weather. Service was excellent! Our waitress was really sweet and funny. There is a wide variety of sushi, not to mention their BOGO deal. My boyfriend paid $30 for 4 different kinds specialty of sushi. The sushi was fresh; it was great in quality and quantity. I got so full after eating 7 or 8 rolls but I couldn’t stop eating. I will definitely revisit this place again!!!

We came here with our kids and had a nice time. The rolls are BOGO - they just take off the lowest priced ones at the end. The rolls are good - not the best you’ll ever have but good and considering the price, great value. Our kids loved the dumplings - the steamed shrimp shumai and pan fried. They had a cool vibe and good 90s tunes playing.
I don't usually love eating outside, but I took a chance here at Sushi Blues Cafe. I was comfortable and clean. People passing by (we were right there at the sidewalk) didn't bother us at all. The food was SERIOUSLY AMAZING! It was one of the best I have ever had. It was so flavorful, which I don't usually get eating Sushi. I didn't have to depend on the Wasabi and soy sauce for flavor. Maybe I don't get to go to enough good Sushi places, but this one was amazing. The service was excellent. The price point was okay for me. I also loved that you could bring your dog too. I didn't have my fur baby with me this time, but I did add a picture of someone else who did that day.

Super awesome vibe! Everyone is laid back and its really fun to eat on the patio and check everything out. The sushi is great and the rolls have cool names...be sure to get the buy one get one free deal. The food doesn't come out fast especially if you order a non-sushi item but you don't really go there to be in a hurry. If you like sushi then this is your place!

Lovely place, tasty food, courteous service. It is a great spot for these spring days with an outdoor dining option that is interesting and fresh. Inside is spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent. I asked for: Spicy Octopus (Diced fresh octopus and cucumber tossed in spicy sauce, served cold with scallions and roe, topped with sesame seed and ponzu sauce) was good. Carter Finley (Tempura calamari, bacon, avocado, cilantro, cucumber, spicy mayo, sesame seeds) really delicious. And, Steven Tyler (Chopped shrimp Tempura, spicy mayo, scallions, cucumber on top of Dizzy roll) great. The service was impeccable, fast, and respectful. I will come back to try more rolls.
