The food is simultaneously lighter and more flavorful than other thai restaurants. The crispy pork is like thai carnitas. It doesn't stay crispy the next day but it's still delicious. The papaya salad was good. The thai sausages had great authentic flavor.
I will say that my favorites, pad thai and fresh spring rolls, were not what I was used to. So if your someone who gets pad thai every time, maybe try something different. Their pad thai is good but the fish sauce is very prominent.
This place is fantastic! Great to have a local take out/delivery Thai place that hits the spot every time. My wife and I order from here on a more-or-less weekly basis and have never been disappointed. Ben, one of the owners and a veteran, delivers the food each time. It's pleasant to have a friendly hello and familiar smile along with a delicious meal. Definitely recommend this place if you haven't tried it yet!
Just discovered this place was down the street from me. I got the garlic chicken entree for takeout. The guy was easy and polite on the phone. Time estimate was spot on. When I came, the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and I completed my transaction quickly. The food was VERY good! I asked for lots of heat and I got it. The vegetables were perfectly crispy and the juice was delectable. This is my new takeout spot!
The food is absolutely delicious! Very homey feel. I had the drunken noodles with duck, good portion, crab rangoons and eggrolls. I highly reccomend them all. Small on the inside so best for takeout, but you can eat in there if you want to.
Amazing dishes at great prices. Got the Pad Thai, Crab Rangoons and a soup, all of which were made with care. The service is fantastic, although it's better suited for take out than eat in (there are no restrooms either).
However, despite these small facilities, the dishes are packed with flavor, serving size is HUGE (both dishes served as both lunch and dinner), and we were even offered free fried plantains from the owner.
