I got the brisket sandwich, it was great .. lean brisket but not dry like you find most lean brisket. The slaw was great, I got the scrappy fries and they were loaded with beans and bits of burnt ends and more brisket. The mac & cheese was only so so, it tasted very Al Dente to the point of not being cooked, and wasn't very cheeseie still really great food and the prices where reasonable.
I’ve wanted to try Noble for a while (top tier social media keeps the mouth watering). Finally got the opportunity Friday Night at Lone Pine and had a remarkable chicken sandwich - perfectly crisp and juicy on great bread. Decided to follow that up with a trip to Noble proper Saturday and wow. The smoked meatloaf cheeseburger may be the best burger I’ve ever had - hard stop. The sides we similarly tremendous. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Best place I've been to in a long time!!!! I can't decide what's better the pizza or chicken!! Service was fantastic and family friendly! Highly recommend you check this joint out YOU will NOT be disappointed! Try everything great beer selection tooo!
We booked Noble Barbecue’s food truck to cater our wedding day, and we’re so happy that we did! Working with them was so easy from the beginning, and made the planning process way less stressful for me. The food was just amazing, some of the best barbecue we’ve had in New England! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! The service was also fantastic. We’d highly recommend booking with them for your next event!!
Really great prime brisket sandwich, perfect bark, no fat, tons of flavor! The buffalo chicken sandwich was the perfect amount of breading and flavor.
To add on to how seriously these guys take their business, we ordered dessert and they realized they were out of what we had ordered, called us back to apologize and let us know of an alternative, they were gracious and appreciative when we picked up our order. Great job and we wish them all the success.
This is probably one of the best fried chicken I have had since I left the south. Friendly and attentive staff with excellent service. When I moved here in oct the place was never open due to them doing events. Not sure what it’s going to look like this year- just check the website before you go.
10/10. We used them for a company party and their food was amazing! Service was great and they made placing and scheduling a large order with them super easy. We'll be using them again!
I was a little disappointed that they did not have a plate option. They only have sandwiches, what the called naked options which are just the meats by themselves and sides. So I ordered 1/3 of pound of brisket, bbq beans and Mac & cheese. The brisket was really good, I didn’t like their bbq sauce so I had to eat it dry. The beans I was not a fan and wouldn’t not order it again and Mac & cheese was ok.
I would definitely come back for the brisket but would try other side options.
