Super nice staff here. I’m here from out of state for work so good customer service goes a long ways for me when I’m away from home and family. The people that work here have such great attitudes and are really pleasant to the customers and to each other. As a driver would come in they all said welcome back and as an employee left for the night they all said have a good night. They hooked me up with a carry out club card and gave me 5 extra stamps as a way of welcoming me to Oregon. Super awesome Papa John’s. Thanks Papa John’s employees.
I picked up my pizza two hours late tonight due to a very late work meeting. The service rep at the store (didn’t get her name) went and got my pizza, looked at it and then we talked about how it had been sitting for two hours and she said, we can make you some new pizza if you have a few minutes. I was blown away! I was just grateful that they still had my pizza, and here she was offering to make me new pizza, when it was my fault it was cold in the first place! I didn’t take her up on the offer because it was already such a long day, but her even making that suggestion made me feel that she truly cared about my customer experience above all else. I am happily going to get more of my pizza here, simply because of this woman’s service. Thank you for employing team members who care!
I love papa john’s pizza and this location is super cute. Small store with a few benches inside. A little loud but what you would expect in a papa john’s. Pizza is the best pizza you can get for chain pizza stores.
Love the service. We've been using the no contact delivery throughout the pandemic. Fast service, food is always hot and the drivers have been fantastic. Highly recommend this location.
Great pizza and great service. Domino's made me wait two hours with no updates when my pizza would be delivered. Papa John's had my pie cooked and available for my pickup in 20 minutes! Goodbye Domino's and hello Papa John's!!!

I love the vibes of this Papa John's - you can tell they're sometimes overwhelmed by a lot of orders or maybe underemployed but the employees are always super kind and helpful.
Also every single pizza has been baller - a lot of places are skimpy when you ask for extra of something and this PJ's delivers. I think they're a great crowd. Bring cash to tip with - if you pay online there isn't a way there to and they don't have you sign anything.
Tip your service workers!! Even if you're just picking up, they're working hard!!
