This Subway always has fresh cookies on Saturday morning! I appreciate that! Had an excellent sandwich as usual. Don't appreciate the new metal cover or the massive options add to the menu. Great service by the young lady on Saturday morning!
I stopped by Gateway Transit Center area and I found subway, so decided to stop by before heading out for hiking in early morning. I haven't been Subway for a long time. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich or something. It was good lunch at the top of the mountain at our hike!!
Vanessa was all by herself today and did a fantastic job juggling a busy store and online orders. I'm taking a star off for the management leaving the poor girl all alone during lunch hours. Employees should have the option to turn off online orders if they are understaffed.
I was thereon May 23 and the lady with glasses was so nice to a older guy, she was respectful, and patient with Him, she gake a time to follow the older guy's instruction..I appreciate that service..she is a kind person
Like so many other stores, they lack automatic door opener. Aside from that the store was clean . The staff was friendly & hard working. Plenty of parking.
Girls were very Sweet. Food was fresh, the store looked like it had been Recently remodeled very clean. The girls were very fast & accommodating and efficient and very pleasant and pandemic up to standards. Shelby was AMAZING! I've never experienced anything like it before at a fast food restaurant. She was efficient and professional, but also friendly and funny! She had me smiling and laughing so much - I'm definitely going back. When I filled out the survey and said this, the manager emailed me directly almost immediately, thanking me. He's clearly on top of things, too.
There are 2 other Subways closer to me (1 is almost next door), but from now on, I'm making the extra drive to this one. Wow! What a place! ♡
Intro -
I'm a regular here, as I write this. Place is great, definitely my restaurant of choice when I get a lunch break from work.
Food -
Tastes great. Nothing special, it's Subway after all. Definitely good, though.
Service -
The employees here are quite friendly. They are not rude, nor do they express frustration.
Atmosphere -
The tables are almost always clean. The rest of the place, the floor, the fountain drink counter, and all that are always clean as well. The only complaint I have is the music. You have to listen to the mainstream garbage here, but what else is new?
Cost -
Much more expensive than just making your own sandwich at home, but reasonable for a restaurant.
Summary -
If you ever need to make a quick stop for some lunch at a not-so-bad price, this Subway is perfect for ya.
This was the best experience I have had in a subway. Often service at subway is lacking but the worker who assisted was swift, personable and kind. I do not know what their name was, but they gave outstanding service. Thank you!
