I don't usually bother with reviews, but the staff at this location are just so nice I thought why not? The staff is fun, and the ice cream is amazing both in taste and the fact there's so many options. My mum can't do milk so she always does coconut ice cream and this is one of the few places we can grab a nice treat for her. Very awesome place go!

Not just a fun gimmick! The texture of the ice cream is soo nice. Hard to explain but it just feels so velvety and lovely. Super customizable too!
We got coffee/cinnamon cream with chocolate flakes and fudge. Fantastic. Wasnt overly sweet either.
My girls loved the way the employee spoke with them about the process of making Dragons Breath for them. Explaining everything about the process.it was awesome.

If you've never been fortunate enough to see someone build your ice cream from scratch with personally chosen ingredients, cream, and a faucet of liquid nitrogen right in front of you then this is the place to visit! Bonus cred if you ask to touch the fog! They usually let you. It's worth noting that the ice cream is also delicious!
This place is super cool! Very scientific and futuristic. Lots of new and cool things to choose from that will definitely entertain the whole family! My son and I always have a good time ordering things from here, it has become a must have whenever we go to the Mall together. You'll be amazed for sure!
Great place to chill at during the day. Also gets busy at night! Amazing deserts! Love the ambience. So creamy and everything is made fresh from scratch exactly how I want my food to be. They also have a keto menu for people who are on a diet like me. Never eating any other ice cream besides subzero!

Delicious fresh ice cream that is made right in front of you. Not to mention, the service has been on point each time I’ve been at the shop. My son really loves the Dragons Breath, he is fascinated by the liquid nitrogen. 5 stars!
The regular ice cream here is tasty! I'm not really sure if the whole liquid nitrogen gimmick really makes it THAT much better, however; taking the kids here and letting them see the "smoke" from the liquid nitrogen lights up their faces. The novelty "Dragons Breath" is overpriced for little effect, not to mention they taste like old dry Cap'n Crunch Berries.
Always stop at these when I find them as none are local to my area. The freshly made ice cream and shakes custom built to your requests while using the liquid nitrogen to flash freeze the mixture is great. No idea why these places weren't backed on Sharktank but oh well.
Service at this location was great along with the usual high quality ice cream and customization options.
