With the outlet store being directly across the street from the bakery you can't find fresher bread. They always have wonderful prices about half the price of in the grocery stores. And with every $5 you spend you get a free bread product from their daily rack. I've been going to this location for about 30 years now. I've went to other locations and I like them just as well. If you've never been to Franz bakery outlet you should give it a try. If you like to save money and enjoy fresh bakery products give them a try. The staff there is always extremely nice and helpful. Update i went today 11/25/20. They have lots of everything their shells are fully stocked. their back room was very full of their discounted bread. the five for $5 most of those the pole date was December 2nd. they still have bags of fresh potato rolls. But they are closed on Thanksgiving. And they will be closed on Christmas as well. They still have lots of they're great Franz logo t-shirts for sale. I have bought several of these in the past and they wash up very well. they are very soft and comfortable. I bought these for my kids is Christmas pajamas this year and last year. They had for designs to choose from today.
Updated on 3-4-22. They still have all the great deals. The fruit pies are back!! Lots of great fresh breads. My favorite is the pud buns.
Amazing History ... in service since 1096. Incredible store & loved the write up of the history on the walls. The original building still stands at the corner... wow!!!
Moved here three weeks ago from out of state. Franz is the only bread I have tried and I love it!

I wish they would have never taken the wind out of the Aloha area! Driving all the way Altus area to Tigard is a day's Drive.
