Was surprised at the high quality of the ice cream, very thick and rich. The waffle part has a beautiful crispy texture, so it's not thick and doughy like a regular waffle. My friend and I really enjoy our choices, and I can't wait to go again. Everything is freshly made, so expect a wait, especially in large groups. Tourist's and portlanders alike will like this place!
Puffle Waffle is a creative and awesome place! Cool menu item selection with good variety. My kids loved the Puffle waffles the best and the macaroons. Appreciate that they offer milk alternatives such a soy and almond milk.
Good customer service, helpful and friendly. They have a punch card for waffles and drinks as well.
The presentation of the food is exciting, I got a "create your own" original waffle, strawberry ice cream, strawberry toppings and chocolate sauce. The strawberry ice cream was some of the best strawberry ice cream I have ever had. I also got the iced bermise tea which was okay.
Once thing I would recommend is that, at least for dine in customers to offer silverware instead of plastic (not only to reduce plastic consumption) but mainly because it was extremely difficult to eat the waffle and ice cream with the plastic forks as it kept bending and the plastic forks was hard enough to easily enjoy our food.
The best thing that has ever happened to my face. I can't explain how good this is. But it's massive. The puffle waffle is a meal.
A great place for a unique treat! They did a nice job with the placement of the fruits and designs. We will be going back once the warm weather shows up!
Medium store size with comfortable seating arrangement for 25 people. I loved the presentation, customer service and the product.
The service were nice and friendly. The place was cute and neat. You can sample the ice cream flavors there as well! The waffle itself is good but nothing too spectacular.
Waffles cooked right in front of you, tasty ice cream & fresh fruit - Puffle Waffle is an amazing treat at any time of the day! My go-to is the Pina Coloda. So delicious & refreshing. Prices are fair - and they have other options for waffles w/o ice cream & milkshakes as well. My whole family loves it! Never seen a disappointed face leave here.

You start with the fluffiest waffle cone ever and then take great flavors of ice cream, sauces and toppings to make magical things.
I had Bananarama cuz... duh. But I am excited to try the different waffle flavors as well as ice creams. You can mix and match building your own as well OR do just waffle and goodies without ice cream. So many great options that cross it with a waffle joint and a creamery.

Our kids loved their chocolate waffles which are full-sized, and then wrapped into a poke stuffed with ice cream, and toppings, but we just had a plain waffle with fruit and Nutella, and it was a bit hard. Recommend icecream for full experience.
Such a good dessert! One scoop is definitely enough and the flavor combinations are great! Waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and so good
