One the best Chinese joints in Portland. Huge portions of high quality food. I like spicy and ordered Szechuan chicken. I asked for it to be very spicy. It came out just right. Orange chicken was fab. My wife had the broccoli beef. It was top quality but too mild for my taste. The pork lo mein was delicious.
I did the Singapore noodles. Fantastically spicy. Lunch time was super fast and tasty. I will hit this place up again for sure!
Honestly I love having a super cheap option for Chinese food but you really get what you pay for. I have only been 3 times and they have gotten my order wrong twice. Maybe they really don’t know what the difference is between chow mein, lo mein and sub gum but I do and now I’m pissed especially after arguing with the guy about what they gave me and he assured me it was the chow mein (translates to fried noodle) to which I got sub gum (which I hate). His words were “chow mein is not yellow noodle (yes it is) and it is actually the lo mein” (roughly translates to cold noodle)
(and again I didn’t get either of those)
Update- been getting the general tsao chicken with fried rice and side crab Rangoon like once a month for the last year! It’s the good kinda cheap Chinese food
You cannot go wrong ordering here. I usually am not a big fan of asian food & feel a lot of places just use too much oil. This place is great. I always get the egg flower soup, a chicken dish and crab puffs.
The food came out so fast and hot. Everything was delicious. I can't believe it took us so long to try this place. We already have plans to come back. The salt and pepper shrimp was my favorite.
Always visit at least once when I am in town. Great portions, easy access. And fast friendly service.
We love this place , the food is great and the people/servers/owners are really sweet. Never had a bad meal here, always give us more than we order in fact.
I've been coming here for years the staff is friendly the food is amazing and consistently good large portions good pricing just a quaint little nondescript restaurant that you should get to know. The lunch specials are a deal, but you're going to want a nap afterwards.
Standard American-Chinese food. Never had anything go wrong with our orders here. Broccoli is always fresh.
Pretty run of the mill Chinese food joint. Although it was better food than most. Egg rolls were crunchy with just the right amount of savory inside. Chicken sumgum was really good too. My girl had the sesame chicken which had a ton of flavor. By the way, the portions here are huge. We easily got two meals a piece from our lunch. Very good food, great service!
