I was lucky enough to find Phillip working the Kitchen. There was lots of great looking fresh food on offer so I was unsure of what to order, Phillip offered to whip me up a Caeser Salad Wrap as I was wanting something quick & easy to take away & then proceeded to genuinely chat to me about my day/trip to Portland while waiting. Great service. Credit to the Outtakes Cafe. Thank you 👍
Every other Friday they have a fantastic baked potato bar that a group of coworkers and I make a several block trek for because it's just such a good deal and delicious.
Reasonable prices, good food. Centrally located downtown, what more could you ask for? Eh, I guess I could for them to open their bathrooms so others could use them, but not that big a deal and I understand why they don't.
Friendliest staff around ! Amazing daily specials ! Safest cafe in town ! Ask all the sheriffs you see eating breakfast every morning! Fresh tossed to order salads ! Taco Thursdays! Prime Rib Fridays ! Fresh brewed Peets coffee & espresso! !! Catering is the easiest and best to use ! They delivered a 200 person catering event 8 blocks away as easy as a 20 person event in the same buildings conference rooms ! They rock !
Some fun grab-and-go food. Great staff who are always willing to help any way they can. Stations are usually pretty busy, but worth the wait. Some of the pastries are SOP, but occasionally they get some exquisite tiny cupcakes.

Good solid food and very good service. This is a canteen for The Standard building but it's open to all. Excellent value for lunch and breakfast. No vegan options.
This place is always on point! They have a burger/chicken, soups and sandwhichs all the time. They also have three stations that change out every day, rotations vary between Mexican, pizza, pasta, Thai, salad and many more
Very friendly staff. Tasty, well made comfort food. Not overpriced! Comfortable place to sit. One of my downtown "Happy places"
Always a fresh selection of food. They utilize fresh Pacific Northwest farms/foods to cook up daily. The breakfast menu is my favorite!
Cheap cafeteria food that is great when you are on a brief lunch break downtown. The staff is very friendly!
