I wanted a soft pastry for my coffee and got a bacon-cheese-topped deliciously sweet one. Bacon cheddar biscuit is it's name and it went down very well with my Americano. Delicious.
Delicious coffee! I ordered a mocha latte. Best coffee that I've had so far in Portland. I also got the bacon quiche. It was a good size and well priced (also yummy). I'll be back again. :)
I really like the Native American theme here. The coffee is really good and the batista cares a lot about the quality of the espresso. This would be an ideal place to meet up with friends or seclude yourself to get some work done. I will definitely stop by again whenever I come to Portland.
My cappuccino was really good here, and I admired the heritage that this place represents. I love a coffeehouse that I can show support for and have wonderful coffee. It's a win, win!
Bison coffeehouse is the perfect place to post up, enjoy coffee and a snack, and take in the incredible scenery. What a treat is is to be surrounded by beautiful art and culture, while supporting a local, Native American owned & operated business. The service is top notch and I love coming here to get school work done. It is truly an honor to have a place like this in the neighborhood.
I love this coffee shop!! Their specialty lattes are wonderful and they change the menu for them frequently ( while still keeping 3-4 really good flavors permanently )
The Blackberry Mocha I got today was PERFECT.
I don't often get plain coffee, but when I do their house blend is very rich and tasty, and they have all the different dairy and NON dairy options for creamer.
They have really great snacks too.
They have a gorgeous covered patio with a big table plus chairs and a comfy outdoor couch and scattered big chairs with built in tiny tables...plus they have few tables and chairs outside the covered area... it's all very peaceful and private.
This is my favorite coffee place in PDX.
Cute little coffee house with pastries and bagged coffee available 😋
Fun, friendly staff, great vibe (ate indoors), cozy and quiet and one of the best lattes I've had in a while. Their roasts are all from native roasters. I had the light roast, and it was divine. Friendly, local, inclusive, and high quality, Bison hits all my buttons.
I was impressed that for my espresso they let me pick what kind of roast I wanted. The flavor was excellent (I picked dark roast), and I recommend the cinnamon syrup with espresso. Where have you been all my life?!?! They also have a good assortment of sweet and savory snacks. I’ll be back often!
Have stopped in a few times and love to try the different pastries. My favorite treat is the bison cookie with sprinkles. Today we also ordered a coffee cake and a berry morning muffin. The food has been good every time. The staff have always been friendly and there is space inside to sit.
