I was recommended to check this place out. Not gonna lie, since I moved to Portland my taste for pizza has changed. A lot. It's nearly impossible to think about ordering from Papa John's or Pizza Hut ever again. And its spots like Pizza Roma that are making this possible.
I ordered a specialty pizza for my first time. The name immediately caught my attention and knew I had to try it: The Shroomin' Texan. It was incredible! The brisket was perfect, the sauce was creamy, and the cheese was gooey. "Perfect" is the word that comes to mind. The pizza was devoured quickly and a few days later, I tried to order it again, but I couldn't find it on their menu. This pizza needs to be a staple, a signature pie! Make this a permanent pizza, please!
Do yourself a favor, order this tonight! I'm more than willing to drive the 20 mins away for it. Sometimes u even bring it home!
They do have a pretty large patio and I'm almost positive I spotted some dog bowls out there, so I would bet this is a safe place to bring you pup

07/29/2023 - I went here for the first time today with my mom, my friend and her mom and I got to say it was amazing! The staff seemed nice and friendly, the food was delicious (the salad was great too but the ranch was kind of drying out so I didn't finish the rest of the salad but it was still good), and it was clean. My mom had salad but it had onions but it was still good and the ranch too and she let me have some of her salad (it was kind of weird but it's okay). What I loved most was there wasn't that much people and it felt like all four us were the only ones there but there was two more customers but it was still fine. Inside was a TV which played some of the popular sitcoms and that's good too!
But anyways the outside were the benches are were crowded but the inside wasn't! Like I said it was my first time here today! I definitely would love to come again! I've never been here before but now I have!
I might check out the Sports Bar some time :)
Recently discovered this local to us restaurant & decided to order up a pie, it was wonderful. After that, we ordered a couple more and they were also great but tonight we decided to try the prime rib dinner & I must say it was absolutely amazing! After some technical issues with the oven & having to start completely over with the prime rib. There was a little bit of an extra wait & the fiance was (hangry) 😅however the staff were very pleasant & accommodating. A gentleman came out & explained the situation & really made our entire experience perfect.Will definitely be trying more items from the menu & be back for more delicious prime rib! Ps. The Prime Rib IS worth the wait 🤤🐷
Also, i ordered mine medium rare & she ordered hers medium. Both spot on! Well seasoned beautiful crust & sooo juicy 😋
The crust is what makes this pizza one of the best. Loads of toppings and sauce choices. Huge outdoor seating option and a full bar make this a great happy hour spot.
Customer service is wonderful. Kendal took my order and helped me figure out the menu. Lily Rang me up. Both extremely nice and wonderful. Pizza is good and lots of seating. They also have daily specials. Really neat place.

02/02/2022: 4.75 out of 5 - It's the Year of the Tiger, so we celebrate the Lunar New Year in the last several days with so much Asian foods.

So, obviously the best "go-to" food that you just can't go wrong with is pizza, right? So, after my Wednesday Running Group, we went to what we know what is good, Pizza Roma in Woodstock.
Masks are required which is expected, but this establishment isn't partaking in any of the Social Discrimination Policies that some restaurant owners/management are choosing to do.
Seemed like today the staff was doing some cleaning, but we were still welcomed to come in, order, and dine in with pizza and beer. Although there were some new faces to me, the staff were friendly, attentive, quick and responsive, which just adds to a relaxing and enjoyable meal.
Admittedly, I saw a few new items on the menu that I find intriguing, so I will have to come and try some the hot hoagies that now have.
All in all, at the end of any meal I often will ask, "Would you come back?" Of course it's quite obvious, I keep coming back to Pizza Roma. Most likely since the staff are great, the food and drinks are tasty, and the establishment doesn't partake in any form of discrimination.
So, if you ever get a chance, definitely try it once and decide for yourself.

02/23/20: 4.5 out of 5 - One of the favorites "go to" locales with my Wednesday night run group for pizza by the slice and cold beer. Came here today on a Sunday. This is a great local place in Woodstock that has great pizza selections, as well as other menu items, ample seating, friendly service and clean bathrooms (you all know a clean bathroom makes a huge difference).
If you ever get a chance, try the Shroom! It is fantastically delicious.
Definitely worth a try once and decide for yourself. I know I'll be going back for more.

01/18/18: 5.0 out of 5 - Been wanting to catch Pizza Roma for Prime Rib. I've missed out on several attempts in the past. However, I made it this time. It is worth the price of $15.99! Amazing!

If you ever get a chance, try the Shroom! It is fantastically delicious. Another slice that was new to me and quite good was the Pulled Pork slice called "Winter is Coming".
This place keeps up with great tasting pizzas.
04/15/17: 4.5 out of 5 - The weather was great today, so a lot of yard work was accomplished. Therefore, we just felt like pizza. To our surprise, the menu has expanded! Ratings dropped a bit today due to the lack of cleanliness. Staff needs to keep the tables clean!
02/15/17: 5.0 out 5 - It's been awhile but the pizzas, beers, and service are still superb. Always happy to come here to enjoy some down time.
10/03/16: 5.0 out 5.0 - Came here for lunch. The place was quiet, but busy. Service was good and the pizza (two slices) was really, really good today. It felt good to sit, watch some golf while eating, and see the place mellow out. Just something different... enjoyable.
09/20/16: 4.5 out of 5 - Still great pizza! However, service could have been a bit better, but it was late so it could have been any number of issues. But, still a good place for good-to-great pizza by the slice.

Ordered pickup on a Saturday at 4:30 - ready at 5 with two full pizzas. (They were out of spinach artichoke dip.) We loved their new pizza The Shrooming Texan - the mushrooms and brisket were so good with the peppers!
we often get a veggie pizza and have had decent success with the varieties. They’re all pretty similar.
Great spot and they have turned their parking lot into outdoor table seating during Covid. Looks nice and wasn’t crowded when we picked up.
I love getting pizza from here because we all have different choices in what we love for Ingredients on our pizza. Two slices are missing Pepperoni in this picture, my son favorite. Other two slices are my favorite that I always get, Predator. The last two slices that one of them is half eaten I don’t remember what the guy told me it was called. It might have been new or it’s on the menu maybe. I always try to order our pizzas as a combo with a drink and a pasta or salad, as you can see I choose three pastas which are really good. Usually we eat there but since we have a new little member of our family 🐱, it was to go. If you are ever near by try this place out, it’s very good.
There is always a shady spot to sit and enjoy a drink and slice before tackling the rest of the day.
The mad hatter pizza is to die for!
