The best steak burrito and green sauce i've ever had!!! I'm pretty sure it weighs as much as my truck....
This is a real, authentic Alberta Street sink to pee in. Make sure you try all of the salsas so you can delights yourself with an array of fragrances while you urinate in this very accommodating and sink-pee-friendly basin. And like all the best Portland sinks it comes adorned with ZENKO’s signature.
This is a great place to eat with friends and family. The food is cooked amazingly and leaves me wanting for more everyday. The cashier is so friendly with a great attitude. The food is also very cheap with great prices. Would recommend!!

La Sirenita > La Bonita
Well, what happened was my friend and I wanted some Mexican food. We missed breakfast and worked through lunch. We were starving. We found two Mexican restaurants nearly right next to each other and began to read the reviews. It appeared that there were maybe fake negative reviews going on so we decided we would go to BOTH on the same day and compare for ourselves.
Both places you order & pay at the register. You retrieve your food once it is ready and bus your own table. This is something I have found in many places in both Portland and Seattle. Frankly, I think it it is a disservice to your customers.
The food — La Sirenita was clearly the better of the two Mexican restaurants.
Honestly I didn’t even finish my meal at the other one and would not go back again.
The staff at La Sirenita were better in all of the ways. The man working at La Sirenita knew we were not local and began to automatically sell his menu. Telling us the top sellers and what he likes.
He cared about our order.
He made a suggestion three times about our chimichanga and we took him up on adding the fajita veggies which was the best move ever — it elevated the entire meal. He was kind and nice.
They really have a closer relationship to their customers here. We sat and ate our meal as soooo many customers arrived for pick up orders. He knew almost everyone that walked in and had a little chat with them all
Thanks for the amazing food!! Will be back next time I am in the area.
A tiny little diner serving what appears to be authentic Mexican food. I ordered 3 tacos, I could only finish two. Very tasty and very tasty salsas. I asked for tostadas (chips), even though I was charged for them, they were freshly made. No fountain drinks or alcohol, but bottled sodas. Main items on the menu were tacos and burritos, no traditional Mexican plates, that's the only reason I don't rate them a 5. Give them a shot.
Blurry pictures are not the best way to promote products but this place Burritos tacos or whatever you order you can't go wrong the recipe is from the 80s from luis and his wife and now his kids are carrying the legacy enjoy.i give atmosphere 4 just incase you are not use to basic places "mexican" basic.
I’ve had some good Mexican food on my visits to the states. This was one of the best burritos I’ve ever had.
When the description on good maps says “hefty” burritos, it does not lie. They are HUGE and packed full.
Had the chorizo breakfast burrito 🌯 packed full of meaty and egg goodness
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Portland. Above all else, try the "mole verde" -- a dish rarely seen in Portland, and they make probably the best version of it. Also has the best breakfast burrito I've ever had.
Small shop. Ample seating. Quick service. Good eats.
Delicious! These burritos are really filling and they will surely satisfy your hunger. They have some tables inside and outside. The picture is the green chicken burrito. I ordered a chorizo burrito and it was the best chorizo I've ever eaten! Super caramelized and tasty.
