We love this place so much that we had them cater our wedding and got takeout for our whole medical team during the birth of our first child. They're always super kind and remember us when we go in and ask about our family. The food is the best in the area and very reasonably priced!
Best thai food I've ever eaten, hands down. I've never been disappointed with a meal here and everything I've tried has been exceptional. Their avocado beef, pad kee mao, BBQ pork fried rice, and Tom kha (order it with shrimp and glass noodles, trust me) are particularly notable, and their peanut sauce is unrivaled. The restaurant itself is relatively small and unremarkable but I don't go for the decor. Paul and Nancy, the owners, have always been friendly and attentive. They remember their regulars by name. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.
Just go here!. This was the BEST shrimp rolls I have ever had in my life! The jungle curry was full of vegetables AND meat and was so delicious that I'm ruined for my Thai place back home. Also the prices were great! The portions were huge and both dishes I ordered were under ten dollars! I highly recommend this place.
Yummy Food. My husband and I have tried lots of different food here and love them all. This is the only Thai restaurant we eat at now. I have Celiac disease and they are very accommodating to my dietary needs and can make several dishes GF all you have to do is ask. The owners and staff are the best you can get friendly, welcoming and just plain honest to god wonderful people. Thank you Paul and Nancy.

Seek it out. Despite the uninspiring highway location and strip-center surroundings, this small place offers excellent Thai food and a few non-Thai dishes, such as pho-like udon noodle soup--which was really fine, with well-textured noodles, plentiful toppings, and tasty broth. Enjoyed the huge spring rolls with a fine peanut sauce. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. Proprietor most personable. Well worth a trip down the strip.
Love this place!! We live nearby and decided to check it out when it opened up and we couldn't be happier!! I always get the same pad Thai lovers because it is mouth wateringly delicious! My husband tries different dishes now and then and is always happy. He was stationed in Thailand for a while in the military and he says the food here is so authentic tasting. They are always so friendly here also!!
The pad Thai is superior. They have a pho dish, Which I'm excited to order next time I go in and sit down to dine. Their Drunken noodle/ pad see yu(sp??) and papaya salad are delicious. Great portions on the lunch special and dinner!! All the appetizers, including the fresh spring rolls have been very tasty. Small spot, great with to -go orders. I'm fat, I know good Thai, and these guys are doin' it right. Highly recommend!

Their food is flavorful, fresh, wholesome and delicious. I love the yellow curry with tofu, the best flavor ever. The salad rolls and the sauce to go is the best.
We always come here, to make our day better and we come back because of the love they cook into their food. It’s a small family crew here creating the best Thai food! Seriously.
Go try it if you haven’t. And if you didn’t like what you got (which I don’t think you will) get yellow curry and try again :)

Such a great place for Thai food. I have been here a few times, and its a great experience every time. My favorite dish by far is the mango salmon curry. Soooo good!!
Reasonable prices, great service, and great food. I have mostly gone during non-rush-hour times, but at those times the food came out very very fast.
They serve you plenty of food, almost every time I have gone with the family we get to-go boxes and basically have another meal for the next day.
Our office has also used them for catering, and they have done an exceptional job.
This is one of the to places that my extended family and I love to go to for lunch or dinner! The Thai Coffee is addicting, and pairing with an order of their shrimp and avocado salad rolls is a perfectly filling, and healthy lunch that keeps my wife and I filled and energized throughout the day until dinner. Hands down, one of the best places I can recommend to anyone who loves Thai food. Paul is the owner, and he has recognized me and watched me grow for the last 7 years; every time we go in, he comes to check in and see how we have been doing since our last visit! Perfect atmosphere, bigger-than-normal portions, and a taste that brings us back almost every week.
My husband loves their massaman curry. He is willing to drive 30 mins to this restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and tastefully decorated with clean restroom and built in bidet...lol.
But we noticed a lots of repeat customers and just the friendly atmosphere between staff and customers. They knew their customer's names and faces.
The food was good and good portion. Curry was superb to win my husband over. I am not crazy about the traditional rice(split rice) for my fried rice. Much prefer the Thai jasmine rice. We plan to return again and will try other dishes and update our feedbacks.
My favorite place in town. The owners and staff are friendly, genuine, and care about their customers. It is very evident also in the food that they make and the dishes they create. The food is absolutely amazing and servings are very generous. I always go home with extra and gladly enjoy it again the next day! Whether take out or dining in... you won't be disappointed 😌

My family has been going to Buathong Thai for years and it is one of our favorite Thai places to eat on this side of town. With that said, this is where we took my father for his 81st birthday and had a great time.
The unassuming shop is located in a strip mall off McLoughlin. Parking can at times be challenging as it is shared with many other businesses. However we didn't have any problem with 4 cars showing up on a Saturday evening.
The restaurant was pretty busy for a Saturday. Most orders were to go but there were quite a few diners in the establishment. Even so, the service was great. The place is family run with the owners diligently working the kitchen and their nephew working the front counter.
Food here is fresh and of hearty proportions. It's one of the best values in town as they don't skimp on the fresh vegetables, noodles or meat. For example their Avocado shrimp Salad rolls are two rolls cut in half totalling 4 servings. One half of a roll is almost the size of two rolls at other places! I ordered the lemongrass chicken salad and I easily had two chicken breasts on top of my salad. Definitely be hungry when ordering from here or be prepared for leftovers.
Overall, during these difficult times of rising inflation and deflation on proportion sizes it is nice to see some places remain the same. So if you are craving some great fresh Thai of generous proportions stop on by Buathong.
This is quickly becoming my favorite Thai place in this part of town. I've dined-in a few times and tried the Orange Chicken Pad Thai, Crying Tiger Pad Thai, and Panang Curry. Everything has been delicious! Be sure to look at the specials listed on the wall in addition to what's on the menu because they have some great ones. The portions are generous and I always have leftovers. The service is great and very welcoming!
We love this spot! Their food is consistent and delicious. The menu is big and typically you'd find some dishes that fall flat with so many options, not here! Everything I've tried has been delicious. 10/10 recommend!
Best Thai in the area. Great portion and a lot is flavor. They’re great at managing the level of spice you request. Pad Thai Lover is a must try!
What a gem of a place! Super friendly service, huge portions and delicious food. We had the basil fried rice and curry noodles and both were scrumptious!
