Salt and straw!!! First of all I really like the name. We went there on a Sunday afternoon, & there was a long queue for getting the ice cream but is it worth it? Absolutely it is!!!
The ice creams look good, and tastes awesome. They have a nice and simple menu. I got black tea chocolate which was wonderful. Recommended!!!!
Fun place to stop in to try some Salt and Straw ice cream inside the public market. My wife tried a couple of.the fruity flavors that were creamy and delicious. I had a coffe ice cream dipped in chocolate. It had great texture as well, but was a little too salty for my taste. It.tastes more salty than sweet.
Creamy soft serve with great choice options. I got the custardy vanilla with large cookie dough chunks. My husband enjoyed chocolate fudge in a cone. Would definitely return.
It's a great offshoot of salt and straw! It has the same vibe however it'd soft serve instead of ice cream! As with salt and straw they have a ton of unique flavors that will pique your interest!
I had a waffle cone. Was my first time here. It was original and delicious. I tried a few sample before ordering. All were yummy. The Strawberry Honey Balsamic Magic Shell (dairy free) was very interesting and good.
The employees are extremely friendly and helpful! Everything on the menu looked soo good. We got the the rocky road special which was pretty good. Definitely need to try the soft served ice cream next time
Conveniently located in the popular and hip Pine Street Market, Whiz Bang Bar has great soft serve with unique flavors Salt & Straw is known for. The lines can get a little intimidating during peak hours, but no one seems disappointed when they get their soft serve! It's also hard to resist coming here for dessert when the aroma of waffle cone surrounds it.
Pictured is the honey lavender soft serve.
Best Salt & Straw location! Absolutely loved the wild berry froyo with the black raspberry dip. Cone was also super fresh and thick. Everything else looked so tempting, too! Definitely would recommend, and I’ll be coming back myself!
Went down to Portland back in July for one last hurrah with friends before moving to the other side of the country. Random stop into an eatery for ramen and this gem was next to it.
The ice cream was very creamy and delicious and the staff is absolutely amazing! I love the unique flavors and options for chocolate shell. 🤤
Well if it's son of Salt & Straw then it's surely good. Of course didnt dissapoint. Had the lavender honey and doughnut flavor with white chocolate salted caramel and yup, as good as it sounds.
