Delicious and friendly—an overall great experience. The spicy unicorn roll is excellent and the rice was perfectly prepared. Our waiter, Tyler, made a great sake recommendation and the kind hostess even gave my reservation back after I called to explain that I accidentally canceled it!
If you dig sustainability & awesome sushi, seek no further! The food was beyond delicious, clearly crafted with love and creativity, and the staff are rockstars of hospitality. And as a bonus, they open an hour earlier than the other sushi joints in the area, so stop in for amazing happy hour deals and treat yo self.
Came on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised it was happy hour. Naturally I tried a few dishes and a cocktail. My favorite thing was the miso soup and the shrimp tempura roll. Really everything I had was my favorite, except the crispy rice, it taste like it was pre-made and rubbery, but everything else was delicious. Service was amazing and cocktails were balanced. Highly recommend and I would return.

Navigating the world of Allergen safe food is tough but Bamboo sushi exceeded our expectations in delivering safe and delicious food for our family. Almost everything is Gluten Free! The staff provided exceptional service and exuded patience with care/empathy when answering our questions about our allergies. They were very thorough and even had the head chef come talk to us to address any of our concerns. Then there were surprises like Gluten free, egg free Tempura??!! Yes please and thank you!
It was a great experience and the food was really good with nice presentation. Overall, the family enjoyed their respective dishes and best of all no allergic reactions! Definitely recommended and will be back.

We had unicorn roll with spicy crispy rice which was quite different and good. The roll was unique in flavor but the portion was a little bit small as compared to its price.
Good experience at Bamboo Sushi. Made a reservation for 5 on Resy. They only had outside seating so we sat outside. Waitress was nice. I ordered a Sapporo beer at it was refreshing.
We had the cauliflower and it was great. Crispy and drenched in sauce. I had a roll. They were all out of eel (unagi) so I couldn’t have that roll.
Overall, the experience and service was good.
Green machine with salmon was incredible! Hoki poki box had more of a kick than expecting. Overall, great experience!
