Hopworks Urban Brewery

HUB was amazing! We went for the first time and had to go again to try the pizza. The service and atmosphere were great. Caleb took care of us both times and gave us some great recommendations. The pizza is delicious with tons of flavor and texture. Happy Hour specials are nice for drinks. They have a kid’s play area & plenty of seating.

The service was a step above and the atmosphere is good. The food was very good but my Moab wrap was a bit on the bland side but still good, ask for some hot sauce, if you're into spice. The only to say is they were at least for now, only serving cold menu items. As always be Mindful, be happy and be the best you.😊

It's been three years since we've been back to our favorite neighborhood brewery, Hopworks Urban Brewery, aka The HUB, a B corporation with a conscience. Hopworks made for a very pleasant lunch destination - the permeable surface in their parking lot made an immediate favorable impression. I'm more than 40 years away from qualifying for their lowest priced special for nearby high school students, but they have an excellent variety of other lunch specials - most involving combinations of pizza, salads, and beverages with or without alcohol. I went with the 1/2 grinder and a salad, which turned out to be the perfect amount of food for me. One of the people in our group had a salad and elected to try their meatless chicken option, and was very impressed - I'm thinking of trying it on my next visit. Possibly my favorite part of my most recent visit was the smell... between beer being brewed, and an indication that some of their breads are baked in house, it was a very pleasant wait while our food was being prepared. The only letdown for me was that I didn't think the bread was a perfect match for my grinder's contents. The bread seemed drier and chewier than I was expecting. The quality of the pizza was fine, but this location has some strong competition surrounding it on Division, Foster, and Gladstone that keep it from being what I would consider a true pizza destination. But if beer is your goal, I can recommend Hopworks without hesitation.

We had not been here in a while but decided to attend the Thorns watch party. The service was so great that it led to us dropping in 3 times in the past few weeks. Every time the staff has been friendly and helpful. We're vegetarian, so we really appreciate all of the options and that most veg subs are not an upcharge! We dine out a couple of nights per week, and Hopworks has been put back into our regular rotation. The beer is very good, among the best in town. They also have a lot of seasonal and specialty beers that rotate in and out. The best thing is the giant parking lot behind their brewery, which means you don't have to drive around the block 20 times to find a space. It's super convenient when you're ready to get that beer as quickly as possible! Also, they will sub gardein tenders for the pork on the nachos as well. Game changing!
