I made a order with the subway app, I ordered my usual footlong and my other usual Italian wrap which of course were AMAZING! But I decided to try ordering pizzas for my kiddos, the store called me very soon after placing my order to inform me that the pizza they did have were all frozen and if they were to try heating it up from frozen that it would extremely mushy and not taste good at all. I 100% respect the workers for inform me of this instead of just going ahead with the order and letting me get the pizzas home for my kids to just find out that it was no good whatsoever ! Most places would have just gone through with the order regardless of how it ended up tasting at the end and just called it a day. Thank you subway team for doing the honorable thing and the RIGHT thing by telling me the truth and letting me have a chance at ordering something different! The workers also were extremely sweet and very helpful ! I always choose this subway location over the other subway in Portland due to the fact of the workers here are a he'll of a lot better and way more respectful to there customers! Thanks again you guys! <3
Staff is pretty friendly and the place appeared clean. Been awhile but looks they added a few new sandwiches.
The best place for a good sandwich. The employees here are hard workers, sweet and thoughtful. They can multitask big time! The manager is sweet too. I look forward to coming back.
New staff, I think owners changed. Nothing like it was before. Only issue is if you go late in the day they are out of some types of bread.
Sandwich was good. The dining room needed some attention to cleanliness. There was tea, I believe, dripping all over the floor.
