Not only is the food always good but the customer service is always amazing! Such friendly people, and tonight as i was walking to the door one of the delivery boys waited and held the door open, you dont see that much! So kind. Keep up the good work people.

the pizza is good no question the NEW garlic crust pizza is no thunder bolt from on high is good but surprisingly simular to previously eaten pizza from there. again it was good but I thought it should be NEW.

OMG!, WOW! Portland's Papa John's is Papa WOW!!!! Dinner decisions, let alone most meal times are difficult, but this particular location I would definitely order from. The Pizzas were delivered fresh, hot and really awesome on delivery! There weren't any issues with the presentation, pizzas were intact and SO DELICIOUS!!!!! Yes, there's other pizza options but why insult your taste buds....whether ordering online or calling.... your tummy will thank you!!!! Fantastic! Delicious! Delightful delivery! Now, all you have to do is....which yummy will you pick?!? Enjoy!!!!!!
I placed an order this evening (2/24/2023) and one item was wrong. I called the store and the customer service was FANTASTIC!! They replaced my incorrect item and had it delivered to my house within 10-15 min of me calling and letting them know! The drivers are ALWAYS so nice! Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Papa John's killed it tonight!

This Papa Johns is awesome!! Service is great, the delivery guy was great (awesome mustache) Originally I had placed an order at Pizza Hut for delivery they said it would be about an hr and a half for delivery! I still placed the order and an he and a half later NO PIZZA! I called they said it would take another 45 min, that's crazy! I call Papa Johns told them what happened and my pizza was here in less than 20 min! They saved us! Thanx guys!
Everytime I order from this place I get good service and I have a difficult apartment to find.l which they find easy every time. One time, the poor guy got a flat and still delivered my pizza in a timely fashion still hot and I tipped before hand on the app but I just regret that I didn’t have the cash on me to tip him what he deserved. Fantastically run business.
Papa John's is that pizza you enjoy as if you are relaxing on a nice calm beach, you know those curtains moments of enjoyment. Then again its pizza so pig out.
Had wonderful clerk who helped me. Very customer engaged and was plus selling. As a GM in sales would love to have her on my team. Pizza was great.
