This is my favorite sushi place to eat at in the area. Always amazing sushi. Love the vegetable tempura and edamame. And Vivian is the best server. :)
Having lived in Japan for over six years, Fuji serves up really authentic genuine sushi! It's not the convaluded overdone Americanized fare. Could you believe it's exactly the same fresh and perfectly executed large slices of fish on top of small rice balls I'd get at my neighborhood sushi restaurant or have delivered by motorcycle carrier to my home in Tokyo? I also highly recommend this restaurant for it attentive and pleasant customer service.
Super friendly service! Fresh delicious sushi. Will be coming here more often for my sushi cravings. Absolutely delicious! Our waitress made sure we knew what certain items were when we were having trouble! 5/5!
Really good & very reasonably priced sushi. Huge menu with lots of options. Seafood soup itself was worth going back for & bringing extra home for later. Salmon dinner for two was perfect to bring home for my daughter. A new favorite stop on my way home from the Indiana Dunes. Will be going again!
I've been coming here for over 10 years and plan to continue to dine here. The quality is always consistent and delicious. Items are fairly priced, restaurant is clean and decorated tastefully, and staff are friendly. There is a nice variety of options from raw rolls to cooked rolls. Easily one of the best restaurants in Portage.

Came here for the first time with my husband recently. The service was good. The food was pretty average. They have a lot of sushi options which is nice. I got a bento box with chicken katsu. The miso soup was too salty so I didn't eat much of it. The chicken katsu was okay. My husband was happy with his black dragon rolls. I want to go back to try the dessert.
Awesome place in a desert of Japanese foods. The pic includes only one piece because my kids killed the other 5 rolls that I ordered! I have 3 kids.
We got there late and were still seated and served and evening was great! My kid lives this place and now I know why! We will return!
Their miso soup SO SO GOOD. an this dish that i had with it (tiger roll sushi) super good as well. Their staff is very on top of everything an very polite.
