Not only was the Gentleman behind the counter speaking exquisite English, his manners and behavior were beyond polite and accommodating. I received the best Eggroll I have ever had the pleasure of eating from this establishment today. Not only that, but the General TSO Chicken with its sauce was delicious. Crab Rangoon was excellent too.
Picked up take out for lunch; staff was friendly and food was made quickly. Tasty too!
Huge portions for what you spend. The food has always been good. I keep forgetting to grab the gentleman's name that is there every weekday. He will do his best to make sure everything is right, and he's very personable. Every time I've ordered online my food was ready for pickup. Very quick service.
The shrimp toast is incredible! The pepper steak has the best brown sauce I've ever had! Well done Great Wall!
First visit to the Wall. Very busy place at 5:30pm, even still my walk in to go order was ready in 10 minutes. Large portion, enough to feed two. I tried the sesame chicken usually a safe bet when trying a new place, no disappointment here. Staff was friendly and helpful to a new customer. I will return.
The service was amazing food came out very quickly and the staff was super polite. I ordered the c17 orange chicken and it was perfect. I will definitely return to this location!
Of all the places for great Chinese food, Kalamazoo MI would probably not make the list. Oh how we would all be wrong. We placed our order for delivery and it was at the hotel, hot and fresh in less than 30 minutes. First, the order was process was quick and efficient “old school” using the telephone. Second, the order was delivered correct and complete; nothing was wrong or missing. Third, ALL of the food was hot, fresh, and very flavorful, including the fried appetizers. We’ve traveled this country for years, and honestly this was one of our best delivered Chinese meals thus far.
I've been a customer of Great Wall practically forever. It's so nice to know where there is reliably good Chinese takeout. Although I am no longer living in kalamazoo, it is worth it to me to make the drive occasionally to have Great Wall's wonderful Chinese food. They have a huge selection to choose from!
This has been a Hotspot of mine on and off for several years...absolutely love the food here...so good that I didn't taste the shrimp in the egg roll...😄...highly recommend this CHINESE owned business...most will not be disappointed!
